My husband was on a job interview near Carmel IN driving to dinner when his car broke down at the side of the road (we don't live in IN). With 3% phone battery, being picked up for dinner, and unable to call places on his own, I saved a pin with his dead car's location and called the audi dealership who recommended two towing companies to bring the car to their service dept. The first company's number was out of service, and the second didn't answer. That's when I hopped on yelp and found Felipe. He answered my call, knew immediately where my husband's car was based on my description, knew the audi dealer it needed to get to, and was there within 20 minutes. He sent me photos at each step of the way (a photo and text confirming the car before towing it, a photo while secured on the tow truck, and a photo of the car at the audi dealership where I asked him to leave it). Price was reasonable, and he definitely deserved the extra tip I threw in for his top notch service, trustworthiness and communication. Forget the other tow companies, if you need tow help in the area CALL FELIPE!! Trust me. For follow up's sake: car was fixed the next morning, husband was able to safely return home the next day, and the car drives just fine now :)

I was ready and excited to book…read morewith this company again since my first experience went well but this time I felt like I got scammed. After paying a $75 dollar deposit for an inspection my appointment was cancelled twice! Once because they were short staffed (appt 06/13), and the second time due to rain (06/17). I had to text them to remind them of the second appt and then they cancelled on me 2 hours before it was scheduled . I tried to call the shop many times but no one ever answered. I went through the customer portal and asked for my deposit back, to speak to a manger or to be accommodated in anyway and they refused me. I even tried to see if I made a 3rd appointment if they would inspect and service the car in the same day due to me having to wait on them for dayss! They told me no. They told me I will not get my deposit back and it will go towards a new appointment. They told me the deposit can't be refunded because "they reserve a technician's time and scheduling availability", even though no techs have been available to me!! They said both of the appointments they cancelled was for reasons out of their control and that they would escalate this with management and make me a "priority" to schedule me an appointment asap. Then turned around and said they aren't sure when they can service me and that I need to make my own new appointment for THE 3RD TIME!! When no one from the company/ management reached out to me for a follow up, I on their site to see what time has available and it showed no availability till 07/06. I reached out again asking how true this was and if this got escalated to a manager... no response. This is ridiculous. I am disappointed and I feel scammed. I will never work with this company again!

As it was 8:00 p.m. on a Monday, every tire repair place and dealership was closed. Then, thankfully, I found Eagle. Two guys came to us in a work van, examined the damage, talked out options with my husband, and gave professional advice based on experience instead of how much money they could charge us. Their honesty, professionalism and skills were much appreciated! When they heard we still had a four drive home ahead of us, they said to call if we had any immediate issues and they'd come out to help. Thankfully, we made it home safely. The total cost was $150, and they were able to accept both cash and card. These guys were great. Their helpfulness and friendliness helped put us at ease, and turned a terrible situation into a bearable one. If you find yourself stuck, this 24/7 shop is the place to call.
