I recently needed roadside assistance around 9 PM, and this was the first company I called. They initially told me it would take 40 minutes to an hour, which seemed like a long wait, but after calling a few other places with even longer wait times, I decided to stick with them. I'm glad I did! The service technician arrived within 30 to 40 minutes, earlier than expected, and got the job done quickly and efficiently. The only thing that felt a bit odd was being asked to pay before the service was completed. I declined and had no issues paying afterward, but I feel that might be confusing or uncomfortable for some customers. Also, they don't automatically send you a receipt--you'll need to call and request one. if i could leave 0 stars i would. do not use this fraudulent company. we paid them to change our alternator which they did not do properly. therefore i had to have my vehicle towed to a dealership to pay more money to be repaired! ive called them multiple times for a refund and i have sent them an invoice from the dealership proving they did not install it properly. im still without a refund!! and all they keep saying is we installed the alternator. do yourself a favor and go somewhere else! read more

They are not quick!! I was stuck on the roadside for almost 2 hours in the middle of Carmel. They kept saying 20 minutes and they called me to make me pay, after waiting for an hour, before they even showed up and I didn't have confidence that they would. I paid and it still took an hour. I will never ever use this company again. I suggest you don't either. But I do give a 5 star for Walter as when he got there he fixed it in 10 mins and was very kind. read more

I would never call him again for any reason on planet Earth because of the person that they sent out to service me I didn't appreciate his tone or his attitude. He talked about my car being junk it being foreign and it wasn't called for it wasn't necessary it had nothing to do with what he was sent out to do! Just jump the car and leave and he should have left his little rude nasty comments and personal opinions to himself. This battery is eight years old so it probably just needs a battery but the car is far from junk all I needed was a new battery. if I could give a negative rating I would. i had a flat tire that I noticed after work. I called 10 different places to come out and replace it and they were the only place available to come out. they said I had to pay $400 before they sent someone out and I stupidly paid because I wanted to get home. I realized they subcontracted their driver because the driver called me and we both realized we're both getting ripped off. I called to cancel because my driver said he could do the repair for $65. The company then calle 30 minutes after I canceled and said there was actually going to be a $50 cancelation fee out of the blue. I would never recommend this company to my worst enemy. read more

I called after that hour and they transferred me to the tech's cell phone. I WOKE HIM UP! He stated he never accepted the job and had already taken his clothes off and was in bed. I called the dispatch number back and they asked me to reschedule for the following day after making me wait for an hour and a half in 15° temps. Horrible customer service. Best service hands down!!!! Needed a new battery installed on my 2015 GMC Sierra truck because I had a dead battery in the garage where I was parked. Called in around 8:00 am and was told it would be around 9 or so when they arrived. The quote I received was 295.00 for the battery with the best warranty, they got here at 8:53 and had the battery installed shortly after, Everything about this experience was professional, efficient and prompt. My sister was stranded in Carmel, IN with a flat tire. It was midnight on a snowy/icy night. I was over an hour away in Lafayette, IN so she was freaking out, but they were able to get to her in less than 10 min. They patched the tire and got her back on the road in less than half an hour. Be prepared to pay double cost of your battery. Very misleading. I called about getting a battery replaced. I was told there would be a $85 service charge/install. I was then given options about a battery and was given different warranty terms. They offered I believe 1,3,5. I said the 3 would be fine, I was told for only $20 more I could get the 5 year. I was told my total price would be $300. I assumed ( trusting the company) I was being charged for a $200 quality battery and then the $85 install charge/servicing fee. I did not inquire about the battery and that's my fault for not doing that but I'm too trustful I guess. When looking at the retail price on the batteries website my battery was listed at $141 RETAIL so I'm sure they got a discount buying wholesale. Regardless I was charged $155 for the battery. $85 servicing. $45 for mobile charge and $10 for a using a credit card to pay. My total price was $310. Pretty shady they don't disclose this information to you up front. What I should have done was jumped my car, taken it to Autozone, paid $150 and they would have installed my battery for free since it was a simple install. So unless you're desperate or you don't care to pay double don't use them. I contacted them about my concerns about feeling taken advantage of and they were completely dismissive,rude and argumentative. Pretty crappy customer service imo. I will never use them again or recommend them to anyone. read more

Blew a tire and realized i didn't have a spare or a jack in my trunk. As someone who doesn't have AAA or any roadside assistance in my insurance policy, i was forced to find an alternative. I found Mr. Quickpick on google, gave the number on the website a call, and within 20min of me making that phone call, Josh showed up at my house to change my tire! He was so friendly, timely, patient and helpful all in one! He even took my busted tire to a tire repair shop of my choosing, and then brought me my new tire back to my car and put it on right there. I literally didn't even have to leave my house and suddenly i have a brand new, working tire. I am forever thankful for Josh and for Mr. Quickpick for helping me out. AAA can sometimes take 4 hours to show up and Josh showed up in 20 MINUTES. Truly incredible stuff and i will definitely use them again.
