I scheduled an appointment for an oil change, tire rotation, and wheel alignment. They quoted me approximately 2 hours. After about an hour in the waiting room the manager explained the alignment analysis, the cost, and the time that would be needed. I got there around 11:00am, and probably before 12:10pm they told me the car was ready! In almost half the time quoted. Upon checking out the manager introduced himself, his background, etc. Super friendly and professional. Upon checking out they even gave me a discount on the service provided. Today I went for a tire alignment and tire rotation. Technician came out and said he couldn't do it without ruining my lug nuts. This was the right side vehicle. Stated I didn't want him to do anything. Didn't feel he was telling the truth. I left. When I got home the truck was pulling very badly to the left, which wasn't happening when I got there. Took it to my mechanic, apparently he had already did the left side and left all the balance off of the right side. This is very bad business. I came here to get a new tire, since I had a flat on my car last night. This is a very clean tire store very open and bright. They do lots of other work here like oil changes, alignments, etc. In addition if you buy their road hazard insurance, they will replace your tire and all you have to do is pay the insurance again on the next one in addition they offer free rotation and balancing for the life of the tire. The two guys behind the counter were nice and took care of us quickly and helped when we had trouble finding our information in the computer. They are a little slower today because they are down a couple workers, but I know they're doing everything possible to get everybody in and out as quickly as possible. Great experience. prices seem to be in line with other tire companies in the area and it has a nice waiting area as well as a small area for kids and free coffee for those here waiting. I wanted to add a little addition to this. During my service, we came up with a problem where the wheel was bent and wouldn't seal. The guys there gave me two great suggestions one to get it repaired, one to get new. I chose to get it repaired. After taking it to the wheel shop for repair and bringing it back, they put it on right away and really got us moving quickly. My wife found a screw in her tire and stopped by to have it looked at. They were busy but still able to squeeze her in with minimal wait time. She left the keys with them and shopped at a place nearby within walking distance. After about an hour, they called her up and said it was ready. Better yet, no charge for the quick hole plug and she was on her way. Everybody was super friendly and accommodating. As a woman, she felt very safe and respected while dealing with a situation that can be very intimidating for some people. I highly recommend this shop for all your tire needs. read more

I'll be honest and say that the tire prices here are more expensive than other tire shops, but the service is great! After a super bad experience at Discount Tire I ended up here. They were able to get me two new tires at a price I could afford and within an hour. I'm happy to pay a little extra for the quick turn around and great service. I changed my tire 4 wheels and the four wheel rim have all scratched as if they're scratched from the curb! Also mu tire screws looks like old screws, mind you this car wheel has never changed before since I got it brand new. I do not recommend this! read more

I ordered 4 new tires for my 2007 Toyota online. Showed up for my appt and dropped off my car. I got a call a few hours later that it was done so I went to pick it up. While there I chose the road hazard warranty, paid and left. I got home and checked out the work order and saw that they charged me $40 for a TD TPMS Service Kit. Well, that would be OK if my car had TPMS. I called and was told it was a mistake, that it automatically adds it (even though online i answered "No TPMS" on the order. They said they would refund the charge. Three weeks later I get my monthly CC bill and see that the amount was never changed and I paid the total charge. I called again today and was told "I'll get that for you". Not 100% sure what that means But I do know I was billed and paid for something that they never installed on my car. I wonder how many others have paid for stuff that was not installed? read more

I ordered tires for my son's car online. I received an email confirming the appointment and cost. My son took his car to TD on the appointed day and time. No tires available for him. He came back the next day only to be told that the cost was over $ 150 higher than the quote. I received two quote. The first indicated that it did not include all taxes, etc. The second quote was considerably higher and contained that taxes, etc. When my son told the service rep that he only had so much money . He reduced the price to that much. It all sounds very fishy to me. I do not trust this company. read more
