Gavin is incredible! Worked quickly to patch a tire that others could not and made sure we were taken care of while we waited. Even checked the rest of the car for no added charge! read more

Hi I love this place. I made an appt online (so easy) and checked out their tire stock and prices online (nice feature). I had a flat tire but assumed I'd have to get a new tire. Nope! They repaired it! And even better - for FREE! Just asked me to keep them in mind for when I need tires. Wow!! With tires about $55 each, I'll def be back. Great customer service and I was there maybe 45 minutes tops. read more

I made an online appointment at the Discount Tire location at 8335 US31 South in Indianapolis, IN 46227 for a screw in my left rear tire causing a slow leak. The service associate told me my tire was manufactured in 2014 and was no longer serviceable per Federal Law. That is a complete LIE. There is NO Federal Law that probits the repair of a tire. The Sales Associate wanted to sell me ALL NEW tires. Imagine that! Please avoid this business due to their high-pressure sales tactics and outrageous lies. I left Discount Tire and had my tire repaired at another shop in just a few minutes. Buyer beware! I gave a one-star review since a ZERO was not offered. read more

I arrived early for my 8:15 AM appointment and was waiting in my car. A lovely young girl came out to my car and completed my check in. I entered the waiting area and she came in and we met at the register to settle up. Waiting area is comfortable, offers USB and USB-C charging ports. There are beverages and restrooms. There are also barstools at a window into the work bay so you (or your kids) can watch the process. About halfway through my service, a young man came in and checked in with me. He let me know that he checked the air in my spare tire and they were halfway through with my service. They offer tires in all price points, so there's something for everyone. My entire experience took less than 45 minutes and was EXCEPTIONAL. As an aside, there's an older gentleman in here and they are being VERY accommodating to him. read more

Went in for a tire plug to get me through the next couple days until I get paid, refused to plug it bc tread was thin, so I asked to put a new tire on, refused to put a new tire on stating that the opposite tire wasn't very good, claiming it's a safety issue, so the only way I was getting service was to buy two new tires. Seems to me like you guys are crooks, only interested in making the extra dollar lol could have just put a new tire on and sent me on my way. I've been buying tires here for like 7 years, I will never come back. I would like to also point out it was of little safety concern for me to drive on a tire with a screw in it. read more

Came in to see why my tire keeps going flat and waited an hour for these guys to say it was my valve stem and charge my 45$. Next day I wake up my tire is completely flat and take my off myself and find a hole on the sidewall, honestly just wish I could get a refund. read more

This is a great place to get tires. Their customer service is super knowledgeable and also very friendly. They are fast and efficient in processing your needs. There were quite a few people waiting in the lobby when I arrived, but once my order was processed, they were filtering out of there quickly, and then I was as well. They did a great job installing my quality new tires. It was a pleasant experience all around. I highly recommend them. read more

My family -- I think all of my family members - use Discount Tires for all of our tire needs. In fact, my nephew even worked for Discount Tire throughout high school and college. (They pay well I understand) Anyway, I had needed a rotation and balance for a few miles and did not relish the time it would take just sitting and waiting, so I went onto their incredibly user friendly website and in less than a minute had an appointment made. I did get a few reminders and was able to connect it to my calendar- all things I felt were very useful! In the day of my appointment I was actually about 10 minutes late but no problem - they just got my right in and started working. An hour later I'm out with the knowledge and confidence that a job has been well done and I'm good until the next time. They are clean, friendly, and efficient! Highly recommend! read more

This is my favorite tire store ! The manager Brian at this location is a class act!! I love having nice tires. It completes the look of a car. Brian made sure all details of my tire install were perfection. This guy is what a GM should be. Impressive ! read more

This store is definitely deserving of its 5 stars based on the service I got today. I was in need of new tires and wheels for my truck, and with my limited automotive knowledge, needed someone to talk through my options. Cade (assistant manager) spent a good thirty minutes with me explaining everything I needed to know, helped me pick out wheels I liked (even after him almost ordering one pair I ended up not wanting anymore with a smile on his face), and a set of tires that wouldn't break the bank but also be good quality. I really appreciated him saying the wheels and tires I purchased would be something he would use on his own truck- and would say he wouldn't on other tires. I visited another chain tire shop and had a bad experience with poor customer service and general lack of wanting to make a sale. Will update the review next week if the installation doesn't go well- but I'm sure based on the service I got today that it will be great. read more

I got the best service at Discount Tireds today! I came in with a huge nail in my tire, and within 30 minutes I was out of there with my tire almost back to new. They didn't charge for the fix, everyone was really nice and helpful. read more

I went into Discount Tire this morning 12/6 to get a set of new tires. When I walked in at 830 there were already 4 people waiting and one person walking in behind me. When I explained I needed new tires but that it appeared busy I was told that it wouldn't take long. So I took him to my car and he inspected my tires and agreed that I needed new tires pretty badly. He told me he could feel the wires on my drivers side front tire. I knew the front two were bald I just didn't know they were that bald. I explained to him that my car is an older Honda accord, from the early 2000's and paid for that I didn't want to sink a ton of money in new tires. That I mostly drive to work and back and very little else. He explained that when I went inside I'd see the options they had in stock and I could choose from there. We went into Discount Tire, he typed the info into the computer and it displayed a few options. I chose the one that best suited my needs. He told me my car would be done by 1015 and it was 845. I told him fine, I'd wait in the lobby. By 935 the technician working on my car came in and said my car was ready. I was in and out in just a little over an hour, I had 4 people in front of me and the customer service was on point. They were very nice, didn't pressure me to buy anything, I got 4 tires and all the fees, etc etc for a very reasonable price and I really couldn't be happier. I will definitely go there when I need new tires. Thank you guys so much! read more

This location is always taking care of paul's customers with care and precision. And I came here looking for assistance for my Jeep. On what type of tires may be needed if I had alternate tires that I Was needing ordered how long? It. Would take to get them in for tire rotations? How? Long that would take ended up making an appointment and coming in to see the associates here even with an appointment. They were swamped and it still took about an hour or 2 To get in and out. But that's not necessarily a bad thing all of their days were full and they didn't have a full staff on hand so that just shows that people are. Returning for future business because of their positive business practices and habits they have established with their clients including myself. Because of the great consistency and friendliness of the staff and knowledge that they share when asking questions they don't make you seem like an. Inconvenience? Or incompetent for not knowing? Something in the automotive world. That has something to do with tires as if we all studied for that they're very accommodating. I would most definitely recommend this location for any of your tire tire rotation needs and things that they do for your vehicles very impressed with their way they handle. Themselves they have now handled A total of three vehicles for my household and I have not had one issue with either of them. read more

I had an excellent experience here. I usually go to my dealership for my car services, however I was in need of new tire sensors and the dealership gave me an expensive quote. I decided to shop around to compare prices at other places. Discount tires gave the most competitive quote for tire sensor replacement for all 4 tires. I went in around 10 AM on a weekday. There were about 8-10 other customers there at that time as well. The employee at the counter was very helpful, explained everything in great detail, gave me the quote, and a time estimate. The tire sensors were affordable for me, and he said they have a 7 year warranty on them or 72K miles - whichever happens first. I thought this was a great deal. To be clear, I did not have an appointment. He estimated about an hour for the time. I thought that was reasonable even if I did have an appointment. They got my car in the shop and were done within 30 minutes. I was surprised. They were communicative throughout the process. They did not charge for labor. They only charged for the price of the sensors. They said it may take a few days for the sensors to kick in and for my car to start reading the tire pressure on my dash. After driving for about 20 minutes, the readings popped up on the dash. I am very pleased with my experience here. I would recommend it to anyone and I will go back if needed. Bonus of the shop is - they have big windows in the seating area where you can watch the mechanics work on your car. This is nice just so you can watch it, but also would entertain a kid if you needed to bring the kids during the service! read more

I was riding on a flat that could not be fixed. I called and got a great quote. I came in and the guy that gave me the quote was gone and they told me all they had available were more expensive tires. I was on rims so I couldn't afford to shop around. I couldn't afford to shop around. Then they were about 2 hours after when they said I should expect it to be done. I will do my business elsewhere from now on. read more

Everyone always recommends discount tire and I have had good experiences in the past. Unfortunately this specific location is not professional. I called the store yesterday to make an appointment. The man who answered told me I could come in this morning and he would have me in an out within an hour (no appointment needed). So I took a half day from work to bring my car in. When I arrived the place was packed and the lady working informed me that it would be a minimum of a three hour wait. I completely understand that they get busy and could get a lot of walk-ins. I also understand that they could be short staffed, due to no fault of their own. But what really makes me upset is someone promising me something that they cannot deliver! The man I spoke with could have said "We can make an appointment for you or you can give us a call before driving here to see what our wait time is." Businesses need to be honest with customers. I'm super disappointed in this discount tire location and now another company is getting my business. read more

This place is the best. Any discount tire I've been to but especially this one. These folks are great at what they do and I'll never go anywhere else! read more

Professional service and excellent pricing, shoutout to Johnathan for giving me an excellent deal on new lug nuts and a mount and balance on my truck. Tire barn next door was literally double in price for a mount and balance. Highly recommend read more

This is my go-to for tires. I've gone here for several repairs and replacements and I take advantage of their warranty. They always do excellent work and they treat their employees well, which is reflected in how they treat me. They have a place on the side where you can always get your tires checked at no charge. I did this a few months ago after the weather first changed, and found that was my culprit, and not a nail or screw. The young man working that day filled all my tires and did a great job! read more

I generally buy tires from here. But today I went to get tires filled up here since they advertise it as a free service. Guess they don't really care about their customer service since I pulled up and waited in the spot for 20 minutes and no one ever came out to assist me. Everyone just kept walking by my car with no help. Shouldn't offer the service if they're not going to follow through with the offered service. read more

I wanted to give this place a much higher rating. But there were some issues with my order. I ordered a set of tires and wheels online from them during a holiday sale. I was notified that all my stuff was in, just a few days after my order. When I get there to get everything installed, I get a call that one of the tires they ordered was defective. I was like wow! So, Levi helped me and made it right by making some accommodations. So they said the tire would be in the following day and then they would install everything. A few days later, I got a call that the tire was in and that I could come in and get it installed. When I get there the second time, they could not find the wheels. They just disappeared and if I were to stick with the same ones then they would be on back order. Once again, they stepped up and made the situation right and assisted me in ordering replacement wheels. A little over a week later, the third time was the charm. Everything was finally in. I was assisted by Joel. He was awesome, very knowledgeable and helpful. He even went above and beyond to ensure my tire sensors were working. Like I said, I wanted to give them a higher rating and minus the issues, they would easily be a 5 star. The customer service is off the charts. Levi and Joel are awesome. I would definitely seek them out when I need tire service again. Every issue that I experienced in my tire shopping, they understood, were sympathetic, and reconciled the issue to the best of their ability and my satisfaction. I was battling between giving a 3 and 4 rating. Given my experience, a 3.5 would be more accurate, but that is not an option, so I went with the 3. I still recommend this shop though. They treat all customers with respect and kindness whether they are just checking their tire pressure (free), plugging a tire (free) or getting a whole new set of tires, as I did. They have reasonable prices and always has specials and holiday sales. All things considered, I will surely use them for all my tire needs in the future. read more

I've been to this Discount Tire location several times and have always had good experiences. The staff is friendly. My car has always come back in good shape. Needed a tire repaired (puncture). Made appointment and arrived at set time. Tech writer met me at my car, took my info, car was rolled into bay, work was done within one half hour. And there was NO CHARGE! I can't see how it gets better than this. I've bought a few sets of tires at this store, and the service was great every time, with competetive pricing. Dicsount Tire is my go to tire store. I'd highly recommend them for any tire need. read more

I have been here since 8:53 and the time now is 1:04 ...4 hours and nothing done. They don't keep track of their order and everytime I ask they say your next or we ran over. They need to see people in the order they came PERIOD this is Unacceptable !!! read more

The ad said Free Tire Repair. And it is! Kyle checked me in (a little early. I made an appointment on their website ... really easy to do). He took my car back. Assessed the problem. I have purchased tires from Discount tires and will continue to give them my business. read more

Veryyy fast service from these guys! The car was only inside the bay for maybe 40 minutes max and they found 3 nails inside 2 of my girlfriend's tires! Then fixed them for free of charge, I was trying to give a tip for the kind gesture but they didn't accept it. (Maybe adding a tip jar would be dope) But I've always supported discount tire but this experience right here proved their integrity as a company! read more

I've been going to Discount Tire for almost twenty years. I had a screw in my tire. I live across the street from a big tire shop and refused to take the chance. Plus it's impossible to make an appointment with them (the other tire shop) online. Discount Tire did not disappoint, once again. So easy to make an appointment...Rebecca was friendly and helpful. Good customer service is hard to find these days. Rebecca and the gentleman who returned my keys and gave me my receipt was also nice. In and out! If you complain about the wait and didn't make an appointment or were able to make an appointment, that's on you, not them! read more

I picked some tires and it turned out they didn't have them in stock so they gave me better tires at the same price. I was quite pleased.

Rebecca was so helpful and informative, not only about which tires needed replaced and why but also about when i should come back for replacements. She helped me right away and helped me find the best options and prices for new tires. I'll definitely be coming back! read more

Discount Tire has great customer service and always willing to help. I have gone to this location numerous times for help with low tire pressure and even for nails in the tire. They will take out the nail if they can for no cost at times! I would highly suggest getting an appointment because the walk-ins will get pushed back for the slots. Plus of this location is that as long as you are in there before 6pm when they close- they will service your car. They have water bottles and coffee for you as well as bathrooms. read more

The staff here has always been commendable. Ryan has been there for a long time and has always been knowledgeable and helpful whenever myself or my family have had tire needs. They are quick, friendly, and they get the job done, most importantly. The only thing I'll say is that when you get new tires, be sure you specifically find out what is and isn't in the warranty for said tires. Also, do get the warranty. Back in March, I had a TPMS sensor go out in my tire, only to suddenly learn that it's somehow is not part of the tire warranty because it's not part of the tire? That kind of sucks, and it was roughly $65 down the drain for something most people would think is covered. So, just make sure you know what you're getting (and NOT getting]. But at the end of the day, that's more on Discount Tire as a whole, and not about this individual location. They can only do so much when it comes to policy from corporate. When it comes to tire service and customer service, this place is second to none on the Southside! read more

I decided to go with Discount Tire after many referrals and reading multiple reviews. I showed up right at 8:00am when they opened on a Tuesday to get four new tires. Even though I got there immediately, I was the 5th person in line. I had to wait about 25 minutes until it was my turn. After that, it was a great experience. The young man helping me showed me all of my options and made sure I was comfortable with the tire choice. After I paid, he said it would be about an hour before my car was done. I decided to leave and come back when finished. 40 minutes later, I got a call that my car was done. Great service from beginning to end. My only advice is to make sure you get there right when opening or you may be waiting all day! read more

When I purchased my car there was damage on a couple of the tires, so I had to replace them. Not only did Discount tires have my tire in stock, where the dealership didn't, they changed them out in a timely manner. They even had a full size spare in stock to add to my vehicle. Then a couple months later One of my tires was damaged, they immediately replaced it, no questions asked, validating my warranty. I have since, taken all my vehicles to them for my tire needs. read more

My family and I have been going to Discount Tire for the better part of 20 years. Today after being late to an appointment and changing a tire myself in the parking lot of Discount tire.......that ALL ENDS over the need for a some tire pressure and poor customer service. Certainly wasn't the treatment I've had in the past. It would've been good to just air the tire up rather than exercising company policy and practices in an attempt to keep me around for a further sale or service. The tires on the car were purchased from them... to the tune of 950.00 on the set. Yes they had certificates.... All I wanted was my tire pressure topped off and would have returned later for service or replacement that would have been needed. I sure hope y'all get it together so you don't loose to many more to the ever growing competition in the tire world. read more
