Considering this is a new restaurant in The neighborhood you should put your best foot forward. I ordered the hot Tom and my wife ordered the chicken Brie sandwich. The hot Tom is a fried chicken sandwich with hot sauce. The chicken was burnt just left to long in the fryer - dried out and tough. Chicken Brie was nothing special. I may give this place a second chance but not sure. read more

Dill pickle pizza, Pepperoni and tomato pizza, nachos with short rib pork. Shrimp bowl. All excellent.

The service isn't great. They walked around to every table but ours to tell people the kitchen is closing. They would also walk to every other table to ask how things were tasting. Our appetizer also came out and not even 2 minutes later our food came. It would be nice to have a "starter" as an actual starter. I understand everywhere is hurting on staff but blatantly ignoring tables is very frustrating and not good service. The food over all was good and the ambiance is nice but I wouldn't recommend if you want decent service. read more

Great atmosphere for the family or date night. I've done both. Each time the food did not disappoint! My favorite was the candied bacon, with the fried green tomatoes a super close second. Even the drinks are awesome. My girls shared a milkshake after dinner and they loved it. read more

Delicious food and milkshakes! Their service was good and it was a really fun ambiance!!! We had a great time with friends there!!

Extremely comforting vibe inside and outside of this place. It's a self order type of restaurant, so there is so waiter or waitress. You go up to the front counter and order. The staff is incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome. We ordered the Bacon Lollipops as an appetizer, SO GOOD! I got the raspberry bore chicken melt and my wife got the bacon jam burger. The chicken melt was a nice clean eat. Full of flavor and I was left feeling full and light at the same time. My wife had the bacon jam burger. If you fed that to me with my eyes closed I would have thought it was a cinnamon roll. IT WAS SO GOOD! We are definitely coming back here! read more

A convenient location right off the light rail. A nice place to grab a simple meal if you're traveling that way. Not very memorable overall - the food was just fine but it wasn't anything to write home about. read more

Slightly above average burger. If the added fresh cut fries it would improve overall. Everyone said their sandwich was good but fries fell short. read more

Great food, great service! It was worth the drive to eat BBQ. Parking lot a bit small however saw a lot getting takeout. Sauces and beer amazing! read more

The food was terrific. The atmosphere is quirky but fun. The staff is friendly and eager to help.

this one star review is not for the subpar food or the inattentive service or the clunky ordering system this is solely because my touchtunes song was skipped. it was early afternoon on a saturday, not very busy. brittney spears was playing and it was not only destroying my soul, it was also ruining my appetite. so did I throw some cash at the jukebox to try and create a better environment? oops, I did it again. I played something upbeat, not vulgar, heavy, or off-putting in any way. soon into it, I noticed the manager skip my song. it was quickly followed by more mediocre and outdated songs that nobody wants to hear, along with full audio ads for mcdonald's (which honestly would've been a better food choice). for a place to have $16+ menu options, and to also play freaking fast food ads while you dine, is beyond amateur. I'm slightly embarrassed for them, but I also know that I'm not. that. innocent. read more

Has a great vibe. We love stopping here when we're visiting the falls. Good kids menu. Very family friendly. Outdoor seating and great staff

Excellent Tex Mex food from local suppliers. Chicken Tinga Bowldelicious and unique with cauliflower rice. Pimento cheese ball appetizer and red snapper bowl were fab. Owner is friendly and restaurant decor is charming. read more

It had the potential to be good, but fell short. One guy, manager?, was really giving it his all, but one guy can only do so much. Summary - seated in cold damp dripping tent on uninsulated metal chairs with no assigned waitstaff. Only provided self service or "curb side delivery" type mobile phone service options. Chicken sandwich wasn't chicken or if it was, I don't want to know what parts. Menu pricing was indicative of a higher quality experience by far than what was even attempted. Detailed experience - We got there and were instructed out to a heated tent with metal chairs. We debated leaving, but decided to stay - that's on us. Ambiance was poor, heat was minimal, tent collected condensation which then came down in drips. Chairs were uninsulated metal and served only to suck your own heat. Not sure what inside experience was, but tent had no assigned waitstaff. If you wanted/needed something, you could get up and go inside to self retrieve, or order through your phones mobile app in which case they would deliver it to your table. Bill was $67 for two of us. It did include one $7 beer (for a brand new 21 year old who wasn't carded), and 4 (large) onion rings for $10. My son loved his burger, but left his fries which is something I've never seen and I know it wasn't due to being full. I ordered a chicken sandwich which interestingly, the menu description never listed chicken. I assumed it would be a chicken breast. I suspect it was made incorrectly but no one ever checked back with us and I didn't go in to inquire. There was no chicken breast. Instead, there was some kind of spiced processed patty - maybe an "impossible chicken" product? I'm picky when it comes to meat or fake meat products, and in my opinion this in no way resembled anything chicken. I ended up just picking the patty off my sandwich and eating with no "meat", which honestly was fine in terms of taste and food quantity. In summary, if I was part of a group, and the focus was going to be more the group than the service, and that's where they wanted to go, I would be fine going back off we could be seated inside. But if the goal of going out was to have a restaurant style "eating out" experience, I would opt for something different. We went at my sons prompting as he is always looking for fun places to take a date or go with friends and he also indicated that this place hadn't made the cut to add to his list. read more

The food is amazing. The service is quick. The music choice was amazing and it did not over advertise alcohol. If you go, go on a Monday with a friend, because the burgers are buy 1 get one half off and the burgers are amazing. I got a hazy sunrise and my friend an aged cheddar and bacon burger. They came with fires that were perfect. read more

I was searching Yelp for vegetarian options near by and at first skipped over the place with Steer in the name. I checked google for veg and again this place came up. One impossible cheese burger and vegan nachos later I'm giving it 5 stars. Excellent food and service. read more

Quick and delicious dinner. Pick a table, look through the menu, and then go up to the counter to order. Kiddo had a cheese pizza. Husband had the bacon jam burger and I had the sunny po' boy. All three were delicious. Good beer list, friendly service. Cute little patio area. This is a dining concept that is missing in this neighborhood. Fast and casual, but still with great service and a nice atmosphere. Super easy for families, but would also be fun to sit outside and have a few beers with friends. Ample parking, very convenient to the LRT, and the bike path. read more

What a great little place outside of Minnehaha Park. We really just needed to use the restroom but wanted some snacks too. We ended up ordering a bunch of stuff and some drinks and my kids got the shakes. Everything was freaking amazing. The staff was super friendly too. I highly recommend this place if you are in Minneapolis. Right off the light rail station. read more

This place beats out Habit burger AND Smashburger!! Definitely surprised with everything they have to offer! Not over salted. Not dripping with grease. The staff is amazing and jokes with the customers...not to "kill the time", but because it's their personality. Will visit them again before heading back to Phoenix read more

Would only go back for the chicken strips and milkshakes. The nachos and kids cheese pizza were so bad we didn't even finish. Wanted to like this place but food just wasn't that good. read more

Great food for everyone! Loved the patio. Wish a location would open in the southwest metro/Chanhassen area.

This was a hard review to do because I went on a Friday night where it was very busy so I must fairly take that into account. Which I must say as a big supporter of small businesses is great to see . You order at the register and seat yourself. Then they bring it out , drinks are self service fountain drinks . The fries were kinda soggy but thinking it's cause so busy not in long , my friends sandwich was vey spicy but some may love that , we got the milkshakes and those were very tasty . Just felt things were kinda rushed . Would try again read more

The food here is great and they have a variety of options. The service was also exceptional, will definitely dine here again.

We went here on the recommendation of a friend. We were not disappointed. I had the pastrami and it was the best pastrami I've had anywhere. The fried were hot and crispy! The light rail whistle was a bit annoying, but if you know that going in, it's tolerable. We ordered at the counter and had our food within 10 minutes, 15 tops. read more

Well tried to go here for a late dinner. Says they are open till 10. Got here at exactly 9 and all they were serving were pizzas. Grills shut down and hour before the restaurant does. Guess I won't be spending my money here. Went to the Red Cow instead which gladly serves till 11. read more

Short rib meal wasn't what I was thinking. It looks like a short rib salad bowl. I am not sure yet how it tastes. I'm not to happy with this but might order again. read more

For the cost and their attempt and being new age they were kinda sub par. I ordered brisket tacos, you would think to yourself this is a no brainer should be bomb af. They arrived Luke warm and soggy, people want hot food and it not be soggy. Cool the brisket and put sauce on the meat so it does not make the shell soggy. Also ordered a armadillo egg, this was pretty decent and the shake was nothing special kinda felt like it came out of a box instead of being made. If your looking for a average meal this place will cut it. read more
