I have to say their new location is beautiful....but that's about it. The whole staff seems to be very stuck up and snotty. I dropped my dog off to get groomed at 10am and they didn't call me back till nearly 6pm. He's a small 4 pound yorkie and I asked for a short haircut! It required very little scissor work. Anyway, I understand that the place gets busy and dogs do have to sit around, no biggie, I will wait my turn. My main problem is, the girl working reception let me in and I don't think the owner and who ever else that was grooming in the back room knew I was there because they were talking about their customers in a negative way. I heard them complaining about several people who dropped their dogs off to get their dogs groomed. I heard things that I don't even want to repeat. So, I was a bit floored bc who knows if they spoke ill of me. I mean your customers are what is making you survive, we are the ones who are giving you business and the things they were saying about the owners, how they look, what they expected from the groom, or even the dogs themselves is not professional or polite. They were acting like typical catty high schoolers. Just left a bad taste in my mouth! It's sad too because the place like I said is beautiful and the owner is such a pretty girl, but what I heard came out of her mouth totally erases her beauty. Looks aren't everything, they need to learn this lesson bc looks can only get you so far, but it's your personality that counts. I left there all neurotic thinking they were talking behind my back. read more

My friend has been a client here for years and had been urging me to make the switch from my previous groomer for quite some time. I am a loyal person and had no problem with my previous groomer until she gave my Maltese a terrible cut.. two consecutive times! I had enough, I called Tiny Tails and got an appointment for the following week. When I arrived I was amazed to see how upscale and beautiful the store was. This was like no other groomer I had been to before, I felt like I was on Madison Avenue. The staff welcomed Princess with open arms and kisses, they are very sweet. I was nervous leaving my dog there for the first time, she sometimes gets anxiety. I was assured that she was in good hands and I felt confident that she was, so I finally left. They called me a little while later to let me know she was ready and I was excited to see how she came out. This was clearly the best groom she has ever got, every single detail was impeccable. They trimmed and polished her little nails too...ADORABLE. Princess smelled so fresh and I absolutely love the perfume they used on her. Tiny Tails is definitely my new groomer. I highly recommend you try this place if you havent yet. They are skilled groomers and are keen on details. Thank you guys. Princess loves you!! See you next month :) read more

I take my dog (and my new puppy) to Tiny Tails, because: 1) they treat all dogs with so much love 2) my dog (& pup) are so happy to be there and love Kristen & the whole team 3) they are the best groomers around (by far)! 4) they use the kindest & best shampoos & conditioners on all of their dogs 5) they are dog people! 6) they talk to the dogs and treat each dog with love, care and attention 7) Tiny Tails books up fast, because they are loved by their customers and dogs!!!!! I book a new appointment EVERY time I go there also. 8) you don't have to be a rocket scientist to realise that a grooming and day care facility that spends every spare minute rescuing dogs from shelters, nursing ill dogs back to healh and finding them new homes.....is dog crazy and clearly the very best place to take your dog! 9) Tiny Tails and Huge Hearts Ten stars !.....and there's a great pizza place next door. :-) I get a couple of slices before I collect my Tiny Tails fans! read more

I have been to 4 different groomers over the last year with my Yorkie. I always felt like I was talking to the wall or they just chose to not do what I asked for. The last groomer I went to butchered my dogs hair! I was giving up on the groomers and was about to get a grooming book for dummies and do it myself! I got a new puppy Maltese and was grooming her myself... I was doing a good job but it was not easy and I was nervous I might cut her! Then a friend told me about tiny tails... I was skeptical! But my Yorkie walked right in with no help... good sign number one! The cage free grooming... best thing ever! My babies love it there and come home looking great for once! I can't not express how happy and how thankful I am to have been told about tiny tails! It's a bit more $ then what I have been paying at other places but the quality is worth ever extra $!!! read more

5 HUGE STARS!!!!!! Clearly the best grooming experience my dogs have ever had. The shop is gorgeous and clean as a whistle, the staff is wonderful, the service is stellar. I am so thrilled to have been told about this shop. My dogs are my world, and the staff in this shop treats them like gold. I was also extremely impressed by their "security" system, a friend of mine took her dog to a shop and the dog escaped out the front door! This shop is so well designed, that an incident like that could NEVER happen there. I feel extremely confident leaving my dogs there, and the skill of the the groomers is unsurpassed. The doggy daycare area is also wonderful for those days when i work late! LOVE LOVE LOVE!! I have been to many goomers in my day, and this shop is by far the very best. read more

If I could give no stars I would!! The owner is rude and ignorant. If you call to check on your dog, they give you an attitude. If you question the hair cut they gave your dog, they give you an attitude. I do think they're good with the grooming but with people and customer service they're horrible. I remember this one incident I wanted to speak to the girl Kristen who did my dog's grooming just to ask her opinion for future cuts, turns out she was the owner and didn't want to be bothered. I don't understand how you can own a business and not want to talk to the customers that feed your business. I'm never going back and I know a few people that have stopped going back for the same reasons. **I DO NOT want to hear back from the business owner/management regarding my yelp rating. read more

The work Tiny Tails does doesn't compare to any other groomer I have been to in the past. My shih tzu is 4 years old and in the 3 1/2 years we must have tried 5 different groomers because I felt that I could never trust one particular place fully. A neighbor of mine who takes her bichon to Tiny Tails told me about it and spoke so highly that I went. Since then I will never switch and my dog has no problem going there, where before she'd be trembling before we would even walk into a grooming salon. The staff in there make the experience as stress-free as can be for the dogs. Khloe comes out looking like a little model and people always ask me where I get her groomed. I always HIGHLY recommend Tiny Tails to whoever is from the neighborhood. read more

Tiny Tails is the greatest grooming salon I have ever taken my pets to. I have taken my dogs to groomers all over the city, including the most posh facilities of the Upper East Side that charged double and never had as wonderful of an experience as I and my dogs have had at Tiny Tails. The staff is incredible. Your dog's happiness and comfort is their priority. They are the only groomers I trust with my little boy who has very bad arthritis and fear aggression. They are understanding of his needs, fears and issues. After experiencing their cage-free layout, everything else seems cruel. For your dog's sake, take them to Tiny Tails, a place where they aren't another dollar sign but a member of the family. read more

This place is THE PLACE to get your dog groomed. It took me such a long time to find a grooming place for my crazy, challenging Diva of a dog, Jake. The owner is an excellent business woman, Kristen takes that extra, extra step to make every visit as perfect as possible for Jake (most important) and me of course the paying client. Jake has his own profile which has a picture of his beautifully groomed face (exactly how I want it) and contains notes for other groomers to follow so we get the exact result I want. Such as cutting his face first instead of all other the normal dog clients (who do not get crazy over their faces) in between the grooming. Best customer service !!!! read more

Tiny tails is amazing! The staff/groomers are professional and kind, my boys adore Fran! I have been bringing both of my boys Nico and Romeo (yorkies), for years! They LOVE going to Tiny tails, and always look happy. I have never encountered an issue with tiny tails, their prices are very reasonable, their services are great, and their patience/cooperation while booking an appointment is wonderful! The atmosphere is VERY clean, newly updated, spacious and warm welcoming. The way they groom is honestly amazing, they are extremely talented! If you haven't tried Tiny tails, it's a MUST!!! read more

I have been with Tiny Tails for over a decade. I was very fortunate to find them 13 years ago when I brought in my first puppy there (who is now a happy 13+ old senior). I now have 3 more fur babies, and I wouldn't even dream of going to any other groomer - because I know that my "children" are loved, safe and sound when they are at Tiny Tails (beside coming out looking and smelling amazing). Definitely puts my mind at ease! And that is just scratching the surface! They are so much more than that! They treat us all of us like family! What more any of us, dog owners, could ask for???!!! read more

Tiny Tails was great with my pup. She's normally very anxious and scared but the groomers here are really patient and kind. They informed me it would take a bit longer as it was her first time and wanted to give her breaks in-between. I expected a $100+ bill but it was super affordable. I picked her up and she was with the other dogs in an open play area. Only downside is they have such a long wait for appointments so make sure you're making your appointment a month or two in advance. read more

I have had nothing but an amazing experience at Tiny Tails! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable in all aspects of dog care. They do an amazing grooming and the dogs always leave happy. The store is very clean and they also provide a daycare storefront so you can see how well cared for the dogs are. I just adopted my puppy after losing my last dog and will be bringing him in for a grooming as soon as his hair grows :) read more

Awful experience! They had my little dog in there for hours, the place smelt, is a rip off and the staff were extremely nasty. It's no wonder she moved from Fourteenth Avenue to here where she muzzled and mistreated the dogs! Guess a bad rep doesn't take you that far...Don't waste your money or mistreatment here for three of my friends have moved on from this place as well. read more

This is our second time with Tiny Tails, and their customer service has been exceptional. We had been using a a prior groomer for years, and our Henry Hobbes dreaded going, even though it seemed he was treated well. Henry has totally enjoyed his visits to Tiny Tails and comes back super happy. Deirdre has made Henry feel safe and happy. Thank you guys! read more

Loved the place. My rescue can be difficult to work with, as he has extreme anxiety, but they do perfect work on him and he looks stunning afterward, like a show dog. The price is the cheapest I've found so far and the quality? Amazing. They're kind and friendly to both of my dogs, and they really care for them. HIGHLY recommend to everyone. read more
