Grand Opening!!! 6 pastry limit per person! It smells amazing! I love that the reheating and refrigeration instructions are in the box!

Bananas Foster Latte. Too bitter, would have preferred cold foam
    Sundeep G.

Stopped by today (Tuesday 9/15) around 1pm and they were already sold out of all their pastries. The cashier/barista told me they sold out well before 12pm. I asked for the best time to stop by and he said from Tuesday-Thursday they open 7am-3pm so between 7am-10am is best to get some pastries. From Thursday-Sunday they open 9am-4pm so between 9am-12pm is best on those days. Earlier the better obviously. While I was there I saw several customers come in and be disappointed that there weren't any pastries available. The more they sell the better for them, so hopefully they can start preparing more pastries so people later in the day can have some too! Since I was there already I said what the heck let me try some of their coffee. I saw some instagram posts by them saying that their coffee is just as good as their pastries. The drink: Their specialty Bananas Foster Latte caught my eye so I got that one iced with oat milk. They make the banana sauce in house. Unfortunately I didn't really like this one. Would have preferred a cold foam instead of a sauce. The latte was too bitter the way it was made. It was also pricey at $9. The vibe: I brought my laptop to work from here for some time with my latte. The seating is nice given the space limitations. Nice cushy chairs. There is a large exhaust fan above the door which was super loud every time someone opened the door. The music was playing a bit too loud (could have been turned down about 20 percent). Not the best place to come to get some work done, but it's passable. The space was clean and properly stocked with essentials like napkins and water which was nice. I will need to update my review once I try their pastries! I hope to go in early this Friday, let's see!

Just came for the grand opening and the food was delicious! Service was pretty fast for a grand opening and they had a variety of pastries to choose from. I'll definitely be back to try more. The inside of the store has plenty of seating and windows so it's nice and bright. The parking lot is a bit small, so you might have to park elsewhere if the lot is full. I got the creme brulee flan, yuzu ham & cheese, and seaweed chicken croissant.

My coworker really wanted to stop by to try their cinnamon rolls, but unfortunately we were an hour too late (they sold out at 11am on a Thursday fyi). But I was there to try out their croissants. I had the Caramel Miso Sausage, Beef & Truffle Danish, and the Black Sesame Koign Amann. All three were delicious and stellar! I don't think ai can really pick a favorite, but the black sesame one surprised me because there was actual cream inside! So, when I reheated it, the outside was crispy, while the cream inside was still nice and cold. However, I did feel that the prices were kinda high. This is definitely a nice treat, but not a place I'd go often for patries. Overall, I'd come back.

Grand opening on Friday, September 4, 2026! Limited parking in the front lot but more parking in the back. This location was for Keri a Starbucks and the Japanese soufflé pancake, so hoping this fares better than them. I can smell the fresh baked goods from the line that is currently about 40 people deep and about 50 behind me. More to come. Happy grand opening day!

Came here around 9:30 on a Thursday before grand opening. The prices seemed steep but whatever. I got the ham and cheese and the crème brûlée. The ham and cheese was super good. Very crispy and flaky and warm. The crème brûlée was disappointing. It tasted good but I expected a crunchy top and figured the pastry would be crispy but it seemed like it wasn't as fresh as the other one. For the drink I got a hot cafe crème and the temp was not hot enough for me and I think they were still practicing their latte art The tables were kind of really close to each other but I guess it's better than not enough seating. There was a water station in the corner. For people with kids: the bathroom does not have a changing station. There's additional parking in the back! I'd totally go back for the ham and cheese

Congrats on grand opening wknd!! So excited for them to have a brick & mortar store!! Excited to try more! Thankfully remembered to swing by after drop off and was pleasantly surprised line wasn't too bad yet. Met a nice family while waiting. Wait definitely worth it! Got a variety of savory and sweet pastries. Make sure to also get a plain croissant. Always good to try the basics. This one so well done all around, taste and texture. The layers were so pretty and nearly symmetrical and provided such a good crunch. The miso sausage one had subtle sweetness, and the sausage i think was more like a caramelized version of what's in a Chinese steamed pork bun. One of our favs. Black sesame with pecan one was decadent. Such good black sesame flavor. Double chocolate almond one, a beautiful take on this classic combo. Pistachio yuzu rose and has such an interesting flavor combo. The truffle, beef, cheese one was really rich and garlicky. Good for a later in day snack or part of lunch/dinner. Service very friendly. Got a decaf drip coffee. They had choice of medium or light, chose medium. Really nice caramel flavor with a touch of bitter, really nice with the pastries. If there's room maybe add another cashier for when line is long. But maybe this was only an issue during grand opening days. FYI there is additional parking behind the buildings that are accessible on either side.

Very disappointing experience. The service was poor, and there was not much to choose from even though we arrived before 10 a.m. The pastries were also inconsistent in size, with some noticeably smaller than others. The prices are premium, but the quality, portion sizes, and overall experience do not reflect what you pay. A Portuguese egg tart costs about $5, and some pastries are almost $9. There are many other bakeries in the area offering better food, value, and service. Unfortunately, this was not worth the time or money, and I would not recommend it.

Grand opening September 4th in Sunnyvale. Lots of savory and sweet pastries plus fresh brewed coffee and espresso. Come early since they are open until they sell out. The first few weeks I would expect them to sell out within a few hours of opening. They've been limiting each person to 6 items but even so things are selling out fast.

Yay!! So excited for a new Asian bakery near me. In line on opening weekend after I realized after a workout class that I would make it right before it opened :) excited to try the pastries and hope I get the cute croissant tote!

We were really excited to visit on their opening day and drove all the way from Milpitas to check it out. We arrived around 11:00 AM and waited about 30 minutes just to get into the store. Unfortunately, once we got inside, we were very disappointed to see that they had very limited options left , just a couple of small pastries and cinnamon buns. They didn't even have a regular croissant available. We ended up getting a small truffle cheese pastry because that was one of the few things left. The pastry itself was quite small, and at $9.50, we honestly didn't feel it was worth the price, especially considering we had driven quite a distance specifically to visit the bakery. For our first visit, though, it was unfortunately quite disappointing.

Here for the grand opening. Interesting selection of pastry and very nice vibe inside!

Grand opening line was long. Service was quick and kind. Would be nice to have the menus posted to read vs the barely readable signs in front of the food and having to wait to checkout to see the coffee menu. I got 4 food items and a coffee. - coffee at Lauit - 2 stars - bitter and underwhelming - Dubai Croisant- 2 stars for $10 it was lacking flavor and texture had minimal pistachio flavor the dark chocolate overwhelmed it. - Ham and cheese - 4 starts- the item overall was sweat including the ham it had a honey hint to it. Would have been nice to have it more salty. - biscoff cinnamon roll- 5 was not overly sweet, soft flavor and texture were great. - maple sausage with green onion-5 was excellent ( a little too much onion but you can take some off and adjust ) this was sweet savory crunchy and soft favorite from the box. My friend got the grilled cheese croissant and it was hands down the best from our table. They also got the sesame which was nothing special. Overall would come back to try other things.

The order was ready 10 minutes earlier than scheduled. Located in Arques Plaza, next to Metro Burger and Subway, Tong Sui sits prominent. The parking spaces closest to Tong Sui is ample. The pick up area and register is visible immediately upon entering. The cashier shared a friendly, warm smile and assisted with my pickup order immediately. The line upon entering had about ten people waiting to order around 6:30PM on a Saturday. Our order consisted of: 1 - Peach & Lychee Cheezo ($9.95) with honey boba ($1) 1 - Black Sesame Hojicha Latte (8.50) with honey boba ($1) 2 - Osmanthus Oolong Tea Latte ($5.95) with honey boba ($1) 1 - Mango Sticky Rice Coconut Pudding ($10.95) Verdicts: Osmanthus Oolong Tea Latte - very nutty and earthy flavor profile, at regular sweet I feel like it's too sweet but it was purchased for my daughter and husband. My daughter is not a fan even though she liked this tea at a different shop with the same selection options. I like it, Even with the prominent profile, the flavors are true to its name, well balanced and complex. If you are not into a strong earthy flavor, this is not for you - I personally enjoy it. Peach & Lychee Cheezo - this is the drink that sold me on trying Tong Sui. Blended peach skin on with Cheezo foam I have never had at regular sweet is not sweet. Think drinking a ripe piece of fruity, juicy and oh so satisfying. That is this drink. My daughter enjoyed it so much it is now hers. I at least got two sips. This is definitely a fan favorite because my husband wished he had chosen this one. Black Sesame Hojicha Latte - Hojicha is one of my favorite teas, never had it paired with black sesame and definitely never had peanuts added. This flavor profile intrigued me so much so I had to try it. At less sweet it is still slightly sweet and still perfection. The peanuts give it a nutty flavor profile with the roasted green tea and black sesame adding an additional nutty, smoky, earthiness. I love! The drink is creamy, rich, nutty and perfect. Think a luscious blended black sesame shake, so good! Mango Sticky Rice Coconut Pudding - served as my breakfast this morning. Kept refrigerated, it was perfect the next day. The mango tastes fresh, bright and sweet. The puddling was creamy, thick, coconut forward and light. The sticky rice complimented and balanced out the other two ingredients, making it the perfect bite. Whether I was eating the mango solo, the pudding with the mango or all three at once, each bite was truly satisfying. It was very filling. Would I return, most definitely when I am back in the area. Wish the other locations were closer to where I frequent. Other locations include Campbell, Milpitas, Palo Alto, Valley Fair and Redwood City.

Interior is very neutral/beige with the pops of color coming from some plants scattered inside the space. There's WiFi available and for 6pm on a Saturday, it was empty. We ordered two cakes: pandan raspberry and a tiramisu. Both were really well layered but it tasted like the tiramisu had far more cake layers than the pandan raspberry. The pandan raspberry was more raspberry with minimal pandan flavor. The tiramisu tasted just like its name and was great! Both were very lightly sweet cakes, and it was surprisingly easy for my friend and I to devour two slices and still feel ready for dinner later. I wouldn't get the pandan raspberry again, but would be willing to try other slices with how the tiramisu was. The downside is the cakes are pricey. And it feels the interior can't decide if it's trying to be minimal on purpose, or the furnishings were meant for a smaller space/grab-and-go only spot originally but then they moved to a larger location with seating. Good cakes, I would consider swinging by here to pick up a slice for a special occasion.

I sat down and realized they were a whole 10+ orders behind, meaning I waited at least 25mins before getting my bingsu! I ordered a honeydew yogurt bingsu and it was $20. Inflation may be a little crazy, but this was a little above what I was expecting. It came with about 1/2's worth of honeydew. The bowl was not topped with bingsu, and I felt like there are more melons than bingsu (not ok). There were some sweet cheese pieces inside (yummy), some unsweetened frozen yogurt, and the rest was yogurt flavored bingsu. Although healthy, the bingsu itself was NOT sweet enough and I felt sick after eating so much unsweetened yogurt. I wish they gave us a cup of condensed milk like they do at every other bingsu place... Service was slow and everything is self serve, from getting your bingsu at the front to bussing your tray. I do believe there are other bingsu spots in Bay Area that give a similar experience with more variety and better pricing. I do not look forward to waiting almost 30min after spending $20 for a bingsu that's only half bingsu with honeydew layered on top.
