So where to start, the place isn't nice , outside in the entrance on the door, it says they do "airbrush" well they need to take it down because they don't do airbrush. I asked for about 6 different nail designs they said "no" because she couldn't do the design, or just no because she had others waiting and wanted to be done . Also, only 2 workers. I noticed for the waxing area , it isn't private like usually it is . The waxing bed is just in the open. Somewhat uncomfortable . I will never come back to this location. Not good at all. This is my first time being here. Came here for a pedicure. Called earlier this morning to make an appointment for this afternoon. Cute small place. Clean. When I was placed in a chair, the first thing the tech said was "wow, it's been a long time huh? Your nails so long and ugly." I understand if you been going here for awhile and you've built a client to customer relationship, but you don't say that when it's a new customer! So I have gone here three times. First time: Tina does a fast gel manicure that lasts. No hand or arm massage. Second time: Had another woman do a gel. Not as fast (completely fine) but also, it didn't last. Huge disappointment. So I decided to give it one more try. Third time: Tina did a manicure. It was ok. Not great. And a third woman did the pedicure. She asked if I wanted an exfoliation on my legs as they were flakey and dry...for five dollars more. (Shamed me into it.) I said ok. So she ran the hot stone up and down my leg banging into my ankle bone each time to which I visibly winced and made a little 'ow' sound once. Then proceeded NOT to do any exfoliation or lotion at all. After she was done and I was paying, she glared at me like I'd done something. I didn't skip the tip. I didn't say anything mean. I called to make an appointment for gel manicure, pedicure, and eyebrow wax. Let me just say, my nails are great. However, I arrived five minutes early and waited 23 minutes past my appointment time to be serviced. At the start of my manicure the nail technician was on a personal phone call for at least 5 minutes. When my manicure was finished, the nail technician said I was all done. I asked about my wax and pedicure and she seemed panicked. I did not receive the services I booked for in one visit, it took two. I was asked to wait or come back the next day to get my pedicure. Before I returned the next day I received a phone call saying there was a cancellation, and I could come earlier. I was unable to arrive earlier. While I was at my second visit, people started showing up with appointments, that had to wait. I'm not sure if this place always has scheduling issues or is rude to customers, but I'm not going to them again. The whole process made me stressed, which was the opposite of what I was looking for. read more

I am pregnant and my feet aches quite a bit so i visit this place for pedicures often. Best nail experience I've ever had! Tina is so sweet and has such an eye for detail. I got an ombre french liquid gel set and they're perfect! I'm allergic to acrylic and have had horrible reactions in the past but love and miss having nails. Tina is the only one in town who does real liquid gel and she does it beautifully and the perfect thickness and shape I wanted. Not once did I leave truly happy with my nails! They were always too chunky or never painted all the way.. she would always forget the sides and ends. It was so irritating. Tina has been doing my nails for 15+ years! I followed her from her prior salon. She is an excellent nail artist! My life is always so busy and hectic; so her quickness in my fills is an added bonus. Well I don't think spending hours in a salon was my idea of a good time but I went in to get a full set and the only lady working said she had to leave and I went to walk out and she said I can do it really quick and then she was rushing so much and she put a very very very thick layer of acrylic on my nails and I showed her a picture of what I would like my nails to be and she did them completely opposite of a picture and the lady said she will not fix it because she had to leave also very rude and even asked me for a tip like WTF read more

I also had a waxing, nicely done, the only complaint, is that to remove old nails is to rip them off but this is done in most salons and is healthier than soaking your absorbent nail in chemicals for ages. This is a small nail shop. There are no frills or over the top frou frou anything. The place is clean enough but not aesthetically pleasing. I think their pedicure massage chair was broken. I couldn't get it to do anything the remote said it could do. I'm short, and my feet barely touched the edge of the footrest and the remote wouldn't scoot the seat up. The backrest couldn't adjust forward either so I was in a 45 degree reclined position. Other than that my toe nails were done and she did a decent job. She was very nice. Tina started me on my shellac manicure she took her time and did an amazing job. She was very friendly also. Then immediately after I sat down for my pedicure with tammy. She asked how short i wanted my nails cut, and checked if I was happy with how they looked before starting on the color. She also did a really good job with the pampering, scrubbing and hot stone massage.
