This place was great! It was a perfect day for a hard cider and they had some interesting and refreshing flavors. We did a 50-50 (mix of two flavors in one glass) with Parrot Head and Lychee Does It...yum!

    October 17, 2025 - My cider flight ($20).

October 17, 2025 - Paso Robles, CA. I really enjoyed my cider tasting experience here. Our server was super friendly and engaging, which made the visit even better. After a week of wine tasting, I was ready for something different -- and the ciders fit the bill perfectly. I chose the flight (four cider tastes for $20), and each one had its own unique flavor. I appreciated that, since at some places all the ciders can taste the same. My only wish is that they had one with an autumn vibe -- maybe something with pumpkin or warm spices. The venue itself is spacious and dog-friendly, both inside and out. A great stop if you're looking for a relaxed atmosphere and delicious ciders.

Stopped in while spending a few days on the California central coast. Grabbed a hard cider slushy. It was very good and something a bit different. The bar tender was nice and explained all the ciders they brew there. The brewery/tap room was spacious and had many games that you can play while chilling with your hard cider. I would definitely go back. I am a semi-sweet to sweet hard cider fan and as such I do check descriptions of whats on tap and the slushy fit the bill.

Tin City was a good cider stop. We came and ordered inside, it took about 10 minutes to get the flight we ordered. I got a nice glass of smash city. It had a nice little zing to it. We sat outside, there were some great seating options. I'm glad we stopped in and tried it out. Decent service, good cider.

Easy Cider An offshoot of San Liege Wines and Field Recordings, Tin City Cider was created by an urge to craft something new and different. Oddly enough, the move from making wine to cider is natural progression since, despite cider normally being lumped together with beer on most menus, cider is more closely related to cabernet than IPA. Technically, cider is fruit wine. Tin City does everything the old-school way of making cider from hand-harvested 100% CA apples to the processing, fermenting, and finally enjoying their crisp ciders. The Good: *Outstanding service *Family and dog-friendly space *Vegan, gluten-free, and no added sugar (i.e., back-sweetened) *Located at the world-class Tin City *Games to enjoy The Meh: *No food, but they do have occasional food trucks that slide thru Tin City. There was a pizza truck that seemed to be parked next door, but evidently, their schedule is kinda iffy. The Ugly: *They seem to only specialize in dry ciders, which aren't our favorite type, as we prefer more off-dry and semi-sweet ciders. I find dry ciders better with food, but not so much for tasting on their own. Conclusion: Great spot for cider lovers, but maybe not so much for cider newbies. But that's just my perspective. I would encourage everyone to try everything. As someone once said, "If you dig it, do it. If you really dig it--do it twice."

We went here while waiting on a dinner reservation. This place looks like a warehouse, really massive! Lol I like that they have some table games and arcade games against the wall. It kept us pretty occupied for a while. This is the first time I've ever had alcoholic hot cider but it was pretty amazing. Sweet, tangy, and warm, perfect for the cold winter night. I definitely would like to come back when I am in the area again!

This is a cute little spot that is dog friendly with indoor and outdoor seating. There are a few games and some tv's but it was dead when we were there. There was someone on their laptop working and us. It's quiet if you wanted to get some work done I guess and the decor has a nice industrial vibe to it. I wanted to try multiple drinks but I made the mistake of getting the slush first. It just wasn't good. I had to make myself drink it. Then, as I was nursing it, three young women came in and ordered and took their drinks outside but the employee made an audible comment about how they didn't tip after they were out of earshot. After that, we decided to move on and check out some of the other cool places in the area. This spot has clean bathrooms and its possible their actual ciders are ok but the fact that they served me what they did means I wouldn't come back. If you really love cider, I hope this doesn't deter you but our experience here was not the best.

Big airy venue right next door to Barrel House Brewery. Fast friendly service and handcrafted ciders They also opened a small taproom called friends with benefits in the same building. It features six local breweries on draft. We always stop by when we're in town.

If you're looking for a serious hard cider connoisseur, don't look in my direction. I don't know squat. However, down in Paso Robles, Jamie W. and I were strolling in Tin City, an industrial artisans marketplace, and walked into this cavernous watering hole with nary a sense of what tannins were and what kind of acidity ciders need. No clue, we were just kinda thirsty. The place was empty except for the bartender. Since we had no preferences or proclivities about cider, we thought our safest bet was to share the four-cider flight for $20. Our choices were completely random. The Poly Dolly was the lightest, described as a blend of 80% cider and 20% rose wine. Next was Crowded House, a hard cider co-fermented with black currant. Then came the appropriately named Slammer which was a hard cider co-fermented with passionfruit, guava, and orange into a potent tropical elixir, easily our favorite of the four. Last was Cousin Eddie, the heaviest cider fermented with cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves which turned into a holiday punch with a punch. The sample glasses were generous, and surprisingly we didn't stagger out of the place. CIDER - 4 stars...good variety of fermented flavors but still not a cider connoisseur AMBIANCE - 4 stars...a huge space made for big gatherings SERVICE - 3 stars...efficient though not that engaged with cider novices TOTAL - 4 stars...if you're thirsty in Tin City RELATED - Exploring California's Central Coast? Wow! What an awesome vibe and delicious place to visit! My favorite by far is the Slammer - passion fruit, orange, guava...I mean, is there really anything better? Lots of open seating, love the indoor AND outdoor space and quite the selection of ciders to try! They also have a slush which I would have gotten if I wasn't so cold, but I love that there's the option. Love that this is a place for small or large group hangouts! Can't wait to go back! And, pretty sure you can bring food in from other places. Definitely can't wait to try more of what they got!

The experience: They have 8 beers on tap, and do offer flights. Their outdoor seating area has umbrellas as well as cornhole and a very large jenga setup. Need to know: We tried five of the beers, and they were all just okay. The variety in flavor was good, but nothing was good enough to make us return until they rotate their selection. Notable: They have a slushie-type drink made from one of their ciders that is delicious.

Amazing seating and the vibe was immaculate. Good music, bustling with people, string lights, and fun games to play their outdoor seating is full of entertainment. My party of four tried the flight which came with five tastings for $20. Out of the five we found one that was a hit, three that were pretty solid and one we thought was a flop. We really enjoyed the templtucky which we found wasn't too bold of a flavor and very drinkable. The are fans of rose so we tried the Poly Royal but after the tasting think we would prefer the Poly Dolly which can be found at our local whole foods. Not too sweet or dry which is exactly our pallette. Would recomend this spot for both groups and smaller parties will be back to try some more :)

Have a variety of different cider beers. Very refreshing in hot weather, go down pretty smooth. These aren't as heavy as regular beer or ipa. They have cider slushies ... which is a pretty nice treat if your not a beer drinker. Nice, cold and frothy. On the patio they have outdoor lawn games for example corn hole, connect four. Pretty nice to sit with ur cold brew , playing a game relaxing.

Tin City is really amazing. So much surrounding this place. The inside felt very much like being at home but with a school vibe to do the lockers where they store there wine in. Isabelle took care of us and she was absolutely amazing. Always willing to recommend options for us. She was beyond friendly. Despite being close to closing time she didn't rush us in anyway. She even shared some food with my 3.5 year old as she was needing a little something. We ended up sharing ghost stories for a bit with her so that was really fun. What I liked is that she actually sat down with us and talked about the wine. Like I said I felt at home. The whites were very good. Unique varietials were offered. My friend who liked the whites was very pleased. The reds were also solid. I ended up with a bottle of franc for home and I joined the wine club. Isabelle was a huge reason we joined the club. If your tasting on the weekend ask for her she is awesome. Can't wait to go back for some more fun at this winery. Also a very high value winery as the bottles were very fair. Check it out.
