The distillery provides flights and cocktails! There is a good selection to choose from! Most people stopping in did sampling of their products! This is a good move if this is your first time or it's been awhile since you have stopped in! The items do rotate from time to time! We just grabbed a couple of holiday drinks! I started with a spice run drink: similar to a hot toddy! Almost a hot toddy coffee! Very good flavor: the drink went down too easily! We also had a couple of gin a tonics! I had a cranberry version for the holidays! Before leaving you can take items to go! They sell a bottle for 29 dollars that consist of a ready made cocktail! You can also buy there distilled items! We enjoyed our time! Price may be a little high for cocktails: 13 dollars but they were good!

I don't normally write negative reviews, but this experience was extremely disappointing. Our food took about an hour to arrive, and when it finally did, it was so cold that we had to send it back, which is something we almost never do. After that, we waited another 45 minutes for the replacement meals. Because we had tickets to a show, we eventually had to ask whether our food was even coming. Our server responded that the food was "probably up," and if not, she would cancel it for us. She returned less than a minute later with our meals, which suggested they had been sitting for some time. Unfortunately, the second round of food was also cold, though at least edible (some of it). It was clear that the kitchen was behind, and we understand that busy nights happen. However, what was most frustrating was the lack of urgency or communication from the staff. No one seemed concerned that our food was sitting, and there was zero effort to update us on the delays. To top it off, nothing was offered to make up for the experience. We even had to specifically request that an upcharge be removed from the bill. I hope management takes a closer look at the kitchen operations and communication between staff and guests. As it stands I would never order food again, but would have a cocktail or two.

The service is fast and friendly and very welcoming. The atmosphere is diverse and inclusive and designed for people to have a great time alone or in groups. There are plenty of bars, plenty of seating, and plenty of outdoor seating. The hub is shared with a brewery. Bryson made me a custom birthday drink based off of a quick description of what I look for in a drink and it is ONE OF THEE BEST THINGS IVE EVER PUT IN MY MOUTH!!! Then when you park make sure to walk towards the driveway because that's where their entrance is. When we were there they were out of half the whiskeys so we did a tasting with the whiskeys available. Not a bad price either 3 for $10 or 6 for $20. Totally worth it. Once you tried them you can pick your fave to make one of their many cocktail options or have it on the rocks or neat. They also had vodka, gin, Tequila, beer, and wine. As a plus they had food and happy hour! So the whiskeys were all good to me, smooth, and a couple were on the sweeter side with notes of caramel and vanilla. The rye was surprisingly one of the smother sweeter ones I tried. After the tasting I had the Matt Hattan which was delicious! My friend had the smokey old fashioned and after tasting mine he ordered a Matt Hattan as well after he finished his drink. I giggly recommend it. We ordered food and we didn't even know it was happy hour but they let us know that it was. The wings were REALLY good. Flavorful and still crispy. Lots of places lose the crisp when they had the flavor but not here. It was delicious, I ended up getting a second order after the first and finishing both! If you're looking for a chill place to hang out and can't decide on what type of drink you want definitely got this place up. You won't regret it!

I had the maple Old Fashioned, and it was amazing -- smooth, flavorful, and definitely something I would come back for. My girlfriend had the Sauvignon Blanc and really enjoyed it as well. One of the best parts of the night was Anna coming over to talk with us toward the end of our visit. That personal touch made the experience feel even more welcoming and memorable. I also didn't catch the bartenders' names, but they were both super accommodating and helpful when I approached the bar with questions. Great drinks, great atmosphere, and great people. We'll definitely be back.

The view from the patio is pretty as they sit up on a hill and they have live music frequently during the summer. They offer both wine tastings as well as spirit tastings and clubs for each as well as a cocktail club. I've been part of their cocktail club in the past and they ship a super cute box with all of the cocktail ingredients and recipe cards to make 5 or so cocktails with the spirits in your shipment. The only reason I discontinued my membership is because I wasn't getting through the spirits quickly enough as I tend to be more of a wine drinker. I am a current wine club member and really love their wines - they're super easy tasty and approachable. The price point also is great for the area. The "Ln" wines tend to be my favorite - loving the Ln 5 right now. Overall service is always great, even when they have only 1 or 2 people behind the bar they still do a great job of taking care of everyone.

If you're a whiskey fan you have to try their whiskey flight!…read more Came here for a whiskey tasting while my wife was getting a massage down the street. I'm not a fan of vodka or gin so I did their whiskey flight. It didn't disappoint! The employee that helped me was Sydney and she was wonderful! She explained all the whiskeys in great detail and was very pleasant to talk to. There were 4 different whiskeys and a cocktail to finish. But one intrigued me more than the rest. They have a straight wheat cask strength, a regular rye, a rye cask strength, and a vodka. Tbh they were all very good and easy to sip on. Some were a bit sweet which I like but many others might not. Now as I said before I don't like vodka but theirs is unlike anything I've ever had. First of all it's grape based because they use leftover pomace from winemaking to then ferment and distill into vodka. Then they finish it in used whiskey barrels. I swear it smells and tastes JUST like whiskey and a really good whiskey at that! I will also say Sydney is a great salesperson too because I walked out with 2 bottles (the whiskey vodka, and their rye) and a bottle of old fashioned mix that they used to make the finishing cocktail. Btw if you buy 2 bottles your tasting is free!

Tucked in the middle of tin city you will find this distillery that offers both inside and outside patio seating. The distillery offers two bars: an indoor/outdoor bar and a more formal indoor bar. The distillery offers both tastings and mix cocktails. The cocktails are solid in taste and amount of alcohol! Plus you can buy their products! Gin, vodka and whiskey can be had there! I also appreciate the great staff! Solid knowledge of the distillery process and their products. On the weekends parking can be challenging but across from tin city you can find an overflow parking lot.

We visited awhile ago, since I did buy their Grappa & Brandy in a store in Orcutt. Ironically we always happen to pass by on the way to the local Strawberry Farm and never noticed it before. The owners are marvelous and the interior is quite nice. Over time, I have enjoyed their product, but since I bought several local distillery products over time, and now drink little, it is all lasting quite awhile. I think one of the owners is of Portuguese origin and the other is Russian. Their products are made from the skins of left over local grapes, which makes it interesting indeed. It is surely fun to visit here, especially for locals. It is very near Spoontrade so it is a good place to consider stopping in before a big meal or maybe after an early lunch.
