The space is beautifully done, with tasteful decor and a comfortable, well-appointed feel. Service was top notch from the moment we arrived until we left. The cocktails were a major highlight. I had the classic Old Fashioned and my wife had an espresso martini. Both were beautifully presented and easily among the best cocktails we've had in SLO County. The food also exceeded our expectations. The double smashburger was perfectly cooked, with their house bourbon BBQ sauce and bacon, and the garlic parmesan curly fries were a fun touch and unlike anything we've had elsewhere in Atascadero. Really glad they landed in Atascadero. We'll definitely be back for a cocktail and to work our way through more of the small, thoughtfully crafted food menu.

As someone who has a passion for whiskey, this was an exceptional find. Eric and Anna are truly what make this place a destination. Their passion for their craft is evident in every conversation, every pour, and every detail. They took the time to share the stories behind their spirits and were genuinely excited to talk about what they create, which made the experience even more memorable. The drinks were outstanding. The Old Fashioned I tried was exceptionally smooth and perfectly crafted. I also had a martini with blue cheese olives, and they were hands down the best blue cheese olives I've ever had. What stood out most was the passion and hospitality from the entire staff. It's rare to find a place where everyone is so invested in the craft and creating a welcoming experience for guests. This will absolutely become a destination stop on future trips through the area. I'm very thankful for the hospitality and the incredible experience we had here.

The view from the patio is pretty as they sit up on a hill and they have live music frequently during the summer. They offer both wine tastings as well as spirit tastings and clubs for each as well as a cocktail club. I've been part of their cocktail club in the past and they ship a super cute box with all of the cocktail ingredients and recipe cards to make 5 or so cocktails with the spirits in your shipment. The only reason I discontinued my membership is because I wasn't getting through the spirits quickly enough as I tend to be more of a wine drinker. I am a current wine club member and really love their wines - they're super easy tasty and approachable. The price point also is great for the area. The "Ln" wines tend to be my favorite - loving the Ln 5 right now. Overall service is always great, even when they have only 1 or 2 people behind the bar they still do a great job of taking care of everyone.

I was more interested in sampling their collection and it did not disappoint. The host was gracious to let us try several bottles of gin, vodka and bourbon. Personally, to my surprise, I liked the really deep and rich flavors of their top shelf bourbon. The Chocolate Love vodka was quite the surprise. My friend loved it and I had to get at least one bottle through I really should have gotten three. Great vodka flavors with a nice hint of chocolate. Personally, I recommend going inside to get the full service tasting and go outside for a cocktail to enjoy during those wonderful last afternoons.

They said we could get a beer and stand inside the brewery portion behind their outdoor bar area. Apparently they expect their customers to stand inside their open air brewery in the heat. No thank you. We left. Pretty sad since it was late in the day and most businesses were closed. We were there to have dinner close y and thought we would stop for a pre dinner drink. Try it or call ahead and make sure they don't have their air conditioned area closed.

I enjoyed hearing…read moreabout how they repurpose the waste products of the grapes for winemaking to make gin and vodka! We shared a flight which included watermelon moonshine and cucumber vodka, both made with organic local fruit juiced on site and distilled with the alcohols (not just infused). Not sure how all that works but it sure makes the watermelon and cucumber flavor so powerfully present in aroma and taste--authentic and rich and incredible! Meanwhile next door they were hosting a cocktail making class--people were having a blast! Highly recommend a visit here when you're next in Paso Robles!

I'm not a fan of vodka or gin so I did their whiskey flight. It didn't disappoint! The employee that helped me was Sydney and she was wonderful! She explained all the whiskeys in great detail and was very pleasant to talk to. There were 4 different whiskeys and a cocktail to finish. But one intrigued me more than the rest. They have a straight wheat cask strength, a regular rye, a rye cask strength, and a vodka. Tbh they were all very good and easy to sip on. Some were a bit sweet which I like but many others might not. Now as I said before I don't like vodka but theirs is unlike anything I've ever had. First of all it's grape based because they use leftover pomace from winemaking to then ferment and distill into vodka. Then they finish it in used whiskey barrels. I swear it smells and tastes JUST like whiskey and a really good whiskey at that! I will also say Sydney is a great salesperson too because I walked out with 2 bottles (the whiskey vodka, and their rye) and a bottle of old fashioned mix that they used to make the finishing cocktail. Btw if you buy 2 bottles your tasting is free!

No accountability, just anger, greed, and insults from owner. Jeez. Jason, read again what your employee sent me. That's not "downright untrue" or "slanderous" -- that's your staff, verbatim. And God forbid any paying customer -- solo or not -- has a problem with a wine tour, for we can see the level of cordiality, care, and accountability they'll encounter *** The Wine Line discriminates against solo travelers and refuses to do business with them unless you agree to a hefty solo supplement -- for a shared tour! I was once a happy repeat customer, but when trying to book last year, a representative told me, word for word (see emails in photos), this: "We are currently not servicing single passengers due to the work required... your patronage is simply untenable, financially." Wow, my patronage is simply untenable. That's straight up greed with a dose of haughty nastiness. I've never heard anything like that before, ever, from any business, and I've dealt with some truly awful and shady businesses before. Also: want to bring your pup along? No more, and especially if you are traveling solo with one: "It's just a bit burdensome and financially a loss to accommodate a single... particularly with a dog." Wow, we're a bit burdensome too. This policy and this attitude is the opposite of the welcoming spirit I experienced from them before. If they're comfortable sidelining solo guests, I can't help but wonder what other corner-cutting decisions, surcharges, and greediness now lurks behind the facade they project on Yelp and on their website. I truly regret having given them a glowing review in the past. To anyone who heeded my previous advice and ended up deceived, I apologize. Avoid. We don't need to condone this behavior from ANY business.
