Edible with hot sauce... yeah... burnt and flavorless... (my date payed so I tried though) notice how nothing was finished? He didn't even eat all the chicken leg... and the fries were so crunchy they were like chips

Ambiance: Large bar with many tvs at almost every angle for when you want to snag a peak of your fav sports team. 2 billiards tables and a dartboard available. Great music playing in myriad speakers. Not so loud that you can't hear your friends, however. Food: Wow! The fried chicken is amazing! Super crispy skin and JUICY meat. The steak fries rock the show as well, but they are piping hot so take your time eating them. Service: Friendly, checks in regularly, and shuttles your drinks to you in no time.

Very quiet Saturday late lunch.Prices seem to have risen a bit since our last visit..unfortunately that's pretty normal in this day and age.Server Jamie was very friendly and attentive. If you order a side salad you get to use the salad bar(a rarity in itself)with a nice selection of fresh produce.Main course for me was a beef hot dog wrapped in bacon with avocado, red onion and diced tomatoes.Wasn't bad.Decent bun held it all together.Place is huge,so large groups aren't a problem.Full bar,two pool tables, lots of tv's and piped in music.

Tim's Kitchen was a fun find! I came here with some people while we were near UW Tacoma campus for lunch. It was a Wednesday around 1:30pm and were seated right away. The servers were nice, attentive, and thorough. Our food was served promptly and tasted great! There was music playing, plenty of seating, and affordable drink prices. I would return if I was in the area again for sure.

From the comfortable…read moreenvironment, great-tasting food, and its STELLAR Employees, this place is a perfect place to enjoy a night out or to celebrate a birthday (which was the reason we were there tonight.) I reserved a table (for a large party of 9) conveniently on Open Table which made the process easy and effortless two days prior to our reservation. On the day of our reservation I received a call from a very friendly staff member Jace (forgive my spelling if it's incorrect) who confirmed our reservation and also asked if we had kids in our party because of the age restriction for the outside seating. I thought that was very considerate of him to do so as he was being proactive and courteous at the same time! When I checked in, I immediately was greeted by Jace who was beyond welcoming in person as he was on the phone. He guided us to our table and made us all feel welcome. We then were presented with our hardworking and endearing Server Kat who was so patient with all of us, was proactive in setting up plates for our Birthday cake (we had brought with us - as we were granted with permission by the restaurant). Throughout our experience, Kat took care of our needs, fulfilled our delicious food orders with accuracy, and the other hardworking Server Ethan also ensured our drinks were filled. Seriously, the Employees are what made our celebratory Birthday even more special!! And also, our the wonderful Manager Brandon made sure we were all taken care of and even personally said goodbye as he walked with us out the door! We only live down the street from this restaurant as my husband and I have lived in Washington for about three years. But rest assure we will be coming back again and again because of the great food but more importantly of the Employees - Jace, Kat, Ethan, and Brandon....and the rest of the Restaurant!

My partner and I both ordered the lasagna and were told by the server that it wasn't the traditional dish. Instead of pasta, the chef substituted baked, yellow squash. We had no problem with that.. What was served was a barely discernible, thin, single layer of sliced, butternut squash, under a light, savory layer of meat sauce, smothered by an overwhelming amount of fairly bland, warm, gooey, cheddar and mozzarella cheese topped with more rich béchamel sauce and a small, decorative, portion of a tasty pesto. After trying to figure out how to gather and cut through the gelatinous mess, and eating about 4 bites, my partner and I both gave up and asked the waitress to remove it, which she promptly did. She asked if we would like dessert and we declined. She presented the bill, in full. We requested to speak with the manager and another pleasant, but unapologetic young woman appeared and said that we had been told it wasn't traditional lasagna, therefore, the owner wasn't inclined to reduce the charge. We responded that the issue wasn't the squash. The problem was the dish had no structure, and little flavor. It was all warm cheese, and overall, not very tasty, or interesting, for $72. Obviously, she didn't agree. So, bottom line, don't order the "lasagna." Whether or not you accept the attitude is your choice!

The food is my favorite part. I can have a beer anywhere, but the food is actually pretty on point minus the nachos, sad to say. Always overcooked, cheese is hardened and well beyond melted, but a massive portion in size. The sandwiches are amazing, the quesadillas are amazing, have yet to make it there before breakfast ends but I'm betting it's probably pretty good. Staff are friendly, efficient, and do well on checking to make sure you're not waiting too long for service without being too bothersome. It gets a little loud, busy and crowded on nights especially on the weekends, but that's typical bar atmosphere. We were out celebrating my buddy's birthday today, and started out next door for some smokes and drinks. I had a plan for some choices for his bday dinner, and he opted with Ms. Jane's inside BJ's Casino. First off... this place is very elegant with a fine dining experience. Secondly, Cassandra was absolutely superb!! We all thoroughly had an amazing experience, from the drinks, appetizers, to our entrees, and the service. The Lavender Martini was top notch, and we also ordered the White Mojito. That mojito was crisp and refreshing! Two spectacular cocktails. As for our meals, undeniably unbelievable!! I ordered the 12oz. Ribeye, with Garlic Potatoes and crisp Broccolini. So crisp and a unique almost vinaigrette flavoring, with a subtle spice. As a side, we ordered the Thousand Layer Potato. My first time ever having this, but seen how it was made on a video. Simply divine. My wife ordered the Braised Bison over Polenta, with some Carrots. This is the tastiest Bison we've ever had!! We finished the evening with a Dubai Chocolate Fudge Sunday, and Cassandra gave us each a spoon to share in this decadence. Needless to say, my buddy had an incredible day of celebration! We were the only people in the dining room for lunch the entire time until our last 10 mins. This restaurant is inside a casino in Fife. Parking is interesting, and the casino itself is in the middle of a reno so it looks a bit messy but otherwise it is fine. Kudos to them for trying to make the outside section nice because the view kind of kills it. Pros - it's a very nicely designed space. The hostess and our waitress were so nice and welcoming, even giving me a stool for my bag (and it wasn't even my fanciest bag lol!) Overall, the restaurant is nice, the food seems to be mostly fresh and good quality and service was nice. I actually quite enjoyed my ribeye, despite our broccolinni having no almonds, as stated on the menu. My affogato was good, and the cake frosting and flavors were good. Cons - I say these with love...but we both feel the kitchen was not up to par, or the main chef was off, or something happened because there were quite a few mishaps during our visit. The appetizers were good, but the scallops needed salt and I would not pair them with pineapple, personally. The calamari weren't the most tender, and the breading was interesting - it's definitely not your typical breading, it suited a fish and chips dish better. The sweet and spicy sauce served with it is from trader Joe's...I know because I've bought it before, so I don't believe it's house made. Like I previously stated, the broccolinni was missing the almonds, and the carrots on the side that I ordered for $13 were so embarrassing that the waitress came back after serving us and told us that she spoke to the manager and got those off our bill. That's how ridiculous they were, so thank you to her for having good values at work. While I liked my steak, it was very, very fatty, and my husband asked for medium rare and definitely got medium well. Lastly, the pink champagne cake was disappointing, not because it was yucky, but because the cake itself was clearly days old, and had been freshly frosted. It was tough, dry and stale, while the frosting was fresh and light. Overall, I can see coming back but I'm in no rush due to the price/location/overall food.

Finally got a chance to try it at noon today, and it was a great experience! Environment: The overall vibe is very American. There were TVs on the walls constantly playing various ball games, like today's playoff game between the Thunder and the Lakers. It was pretty busy on the weekend, especially the outdoor seating area, which was almost full. The building is an old structure dating back to the 1900s. Though it shows its age, it's very clean both inside and out--you can tell the owner really cares. Service: Our waitress was very, very friendly and professional. She gave us great recommendations, always served with a smile, checked in on us during the meal, and refilled our water. Very satisfied! Taste: Pizza: There's a funny little story: supposedly, Marco Polo went to China and saw pies, but didn't know how to wrap the filling inside, so he just put it on top--and thus the pizza was born. Personally, I think this is a myth, or many people have started fantasizing about Marco Polo because they think he was too great. But according to various unearthed historical records in China, Marco Polo never actually went to China. In fact, around 2010, more than 20 scholars organized an event called "Retracing Marco Polo's Route." After completing the journey and comparing it to what Marco Polo himself recorded, most of them concluded that he probably never made it to China. Sorry, I have a strong urge to share--went off on a long tangent about Marco Polo. But the pizza was really delicious. It should be truly fire‑baked, not oven‑baked. The sauce was well‑balanced, and the toppings were generous and fresh. My wife and I ate more than half of it! Salad: The dressing and cheese were very generously applied, and the greens were fresh. Chicken wings: They had a pleasant sweet‑savory taste, just right. Unlike most American restaurants where they're too salty or too sweet, these were perfectly balanced. All the dipping sauces were good. Overall, highly recommended!
