I replaced it with a used transmission, still had the same issue so the mechanic then said that the turbo was out and needed replacing. I even took it to a VW dealership for a diagnostic to make sure. They said the same thing. It was extremely expensive so we were trying to decide whether we wanted to spend the money on this 2006 vehicle when I was told to take it to Dan's Auto. They found the real issue, the valve on the EGR cooler was broken which didn't allow any pressure to build up in the turbo to run. It cost me 1/3 the amount it would have cost to replace the turbo. The dealership hadn't said anything about the EGR cooler valve. Dan's Auto has now earn a life long customer! Thank you JR and Kyle!!!!​

Had my 2008 Chevy Silverado in to have a dashboard cap put over a crack that developed. She was the only one that would touch it. Did a great job at a more than reasonable price. Next had her replace mirrors, on the Silverado, that would not retract and again a great job at about 1/2 what I had been quoted by another shop. Lastly had my wife's 2008 f150 brakes replaced. Put on new pads and rotors at a very reasonable price. She has been very professional and has been willing to text me with an estimate and then completed all work on time. Great communication and pricing as well the as quality of her work. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for quality car or truck repairs and great pricing.

After calling 4 times on day number nine, Robert Gannaway, finally answered the phone. This is a very small shop with small-minded people working there. It's better to spend more money at a REAL auto repair shop... than to waste time and energy deal with Onsite Auto Repair. They are garbage!

I will definitely use them again! UPDATE DEC 2014: Ok, I have been using Conrad's for over a year now to keep my Dodge Ram diesel up to par. They have done routine maintenance along with some fixes. With 170k+ miles the truck needs some TLC every now and again and Conrad's does a great job. Not only are they reasonably priced, they also make sure you know exactly what needs to be done, and more importantly, what DOES NOT need to be done. He tried to act like it was the trucks fault and not his. Never offered a refund or any adjustment to his charge even though the damage to my truck was over $1000 to have it repaired. His negligence in removing the truck bed is what caused the damage. It's not like the truck decided to fight back. He should have offered his business liability insurance to repair my truck. Makes me wonder if he even has insurance ??
