The truck is fairly old so, among several other things, they quoted new shocks and strut assemblies. After getting the truck back and driving a few days back and forth to work I noticed that it always had a pronounced lean where the passenger side of the vehicle was riding several inches higher than the driver's side. After calling to confirm, Phil stated that they had done an alignment and had even verified the ride height/level. The truck was definitely leaning though so something was not right, I took it to the Toyota dealership and they showed me the issue. Fort Worth Auto Garage had installed the wrong shock and strut assemblies on one side of the vehicle. I don't believe Fort Worth Auto Garage actually did an alignment or a ride height check, because it surely would have been noticed that the incorrect parts had been installed on one side of the truck. That being said, once I confronted Phil with this information he did agree to install the correct parts so eventually it was fixed. Fort Worth Auto Garage do have reasonable prices, however they seem to be a bit sloppy with their work and they do not seem to pay close attention to details, such as part numbers.

Friday afternoon called as I hadn't heard a word. Will told me they had the wrong struts, had to order them from KY and it would be five days. Tried to contact Joel/Will to have the drink holder in the middle row replaced, I mean why not, they were going to have the car for another week. Never got a call back. Another week goes by, no communication. Communication is NOT Pat Lobb Service's strong suit, neither is customer service. Called Wednesday to find out when my car was going to be done. I use the tollways for work and when the girl gave me the loaner she said that any tolls would be billed back to my car, not that there was a built in toll tag. Left a message for Joel/Will to please call me so I knew how long to move my toll tag to the loaner; still waiting on that call. Called 10 days after dropping it off and couldn't get a hold of Joel/Will, asked to talk to service manager, David. Said he'd check into what was going on and get back with me; that was Friday morning, not a peep. Did I mention communication is NOT their strong suit? They finally called me Saturday morning at 10:45 to tell me my car was done. Here's a funny story about communication. When I Googled Pat Lobb to call them I dialed the first number that populated, asked to speak to Bill and got VM; no surprise there. As I hung up I thought Freeman Toyota, that's not who I wanted. Guess what? Less than 60 minutes after I left that message, Bill from FREEMAN TOYOTA called me back. He was concerned that they had allowed something to fall through the crack. I apologized, explained my error and we parted ways. I was so impressed with Bill and Freeman Toyota I called to speak with the manager, Dusty. Guess what? Dusty called me back. Pat Lobb - 0 / Freeman - 2. The morale of the story: Pat Lobb will not ever win back my business because they do not understand customer service and communication. I will make the long trek to Freeman Toyota because they understand what GREAT customer service means!

I had to get a recall done on my vehicle at the dealership and it was honestly kinda a nightmare…read more Firstly, let me emphasize, my technician/consultant/whatever their title is, Gustavo, was very friendly and helpful, and easy to work with. His actions are the reason it's 3 stars and not 1. The biggest issue was the wait time. It was supposed to take around 3 hours, it took 5 and a half. Unfortunately they lost my phone number and had to communicate to me through my husband as the middle man while he was at work, so I knew little to nothing when I wasn't physically there. They upsold me on a tire rotation and balancing, and a week later I had to replace 2 tires because we found a huge bulge of them and nobody had exact tires to replace just one with, so after spending nearly $300 on tire care there alone, we had to spend another $300 (and more to come due to the replacements being crap but that has nothing to do with the dealership). I would recommend any business that makes their customer wait almost 2x the estimated wait time for their service to at least offer a discount on the present service, a complimentary future service, or something. I won't be coming back to any toyota dealership if I can help it at this rate. TLDR: The people are friendly, prepare to pay out the nose, wait an insane amount of time, and say no to upsells. Do what you need and get out.

The last repair done was two engine oil leaks based on their inspection and recommendation.  The long story short version is that one leak wasn't fixed after after 3 trips back they deflected the issue (can't tell where it's coming from/ maybe it's a new leak/ try an after market stop leak additive) and did not stand behind their warranty. Even worse, I also had shocks installed on the front end.  They did a bad install on both Shocks and used cheap shocks with old rusted bolts.  On one of them, they didn't install all the hardware.  They also didn't put back the wheel well cover so that's gone.  In the end, the Shock actually came loose and was making a metal clinking noise as it hit other metal parts.  The shock itself was destroyed from banging around.   I  drove my truck in that unsafe condition until I found the issue.  Knowing I no longer trusted this shop I didn't care about a warranty or even considered allowing them to work on my vehicle again.  I decided to get two new Shocks put on.  I'm so glad I did two because when they took the "good" one off with all the hardware, they found out it was over tightened and was also messed up so they were both bad. My first repair there was having my front end suspension work and after the issues I've found after that repair I am really concerned that any of their work was done correctly.  It sucked having to replace the Shocks so soon after getting them put on the first time, but I'm glad it didn't do any further damage to my truck.  It could have been much worse. It was definitely a mistake using this shop. I paid them a lot of money and I learned my lesson the hard way.
