I dropped off my car at K&D and told them everything that I needed done. They didn't seem to have a problem with it. a week later it's still sitting in the lot. 2 weeks later it's sitting in the lot. Even though I was told by Sherry the guy told her the Friday before the 4th of July they would put it in the garage on Saturday and look at it on Monday. couldn't get in touch with anyone all week. 3 weeks later it's still sitting in the lot. But They kept telling me tomorrow, tomorrow. well I had to have it towed out of there and it never got looked at. so if you have a BIG job for them to do, don't. Their words were- they'd rather do a bunch of little jobs than a big job that takes up all their time. Honesty was all I wanted from them from the beginning. But I never got it. Great customer service. They got me in right away. I thought I needed new brakes, but after having them checked they said my brakes were fine. Since I was there I opted to have my oil change and tires rotated, which they were able to accommodate. The highlight of my visit was meeting the shop's Corgi, LTP (low tire pressure).
