It rained the next day and we dealt with the exact same issue we've been dealing with and the arena is not level at all...We tried to see if he'd come back and fix it but he won't without charging us more money!! We've confirmed with other people that he didn't do it correctly, yet he insists he did and will not help us fix it without paying him more. Most companies guarantee their work but this one doesn't, I would take your hard earned money elsewhere! We were scammed out of ours while he made close to $400 an hour!! We even requested a partial or full refund so we could pay someone else to fix it and he won't even do that.
