We hired him to…read morelevel an arena pad and improve drainage coming off the pad so it didn't wash into our backyard anymore. We paid over $3000 and expected it to take a couple days at that price but no, we got the "quick attack" and it only took a day. It rained the next day and we dealt with the exact same issue we've been dealing with and the arena is not level at all...We tried to see if he'd come back and fix it but he won't without charging us more money!! We've confirmed with other people that he didn't do it correctly, yet he insists he did and will not help us fix it without paying him more. Most companies guarantee their work but this one doesn't, I would take your hard earned money elsewhere! We were scammed out of ours while he made close to $400 an hour!! We even requested a partial or full refund so we could pay someone else to fix it and he won't even do that. We feel completely taken advantage of and would just like to warn others about the unprofessional conduct of this business. (He also told us if we didn't post this review then he'd fix it, and today he told us he won't even do that...)

We've had what we thought was good business relationship. Unfortunately, we decided to cancel our business with them, which is something we really did not want to do. We bought our house new in 1987 and raised our daughter here. We've never had an irrigation system & since my wife is blind and I'm an old man, currently recovering from spinal fusion surgery, it's been a bit challenging watering our small, postage stamp yard. I asked Purple Care if they would give us an estimate for an irrigation system and, again, they were very accommodating. I later asked, via email, if they offered any senior or veteran discounts. There was bit of miscommunication initially, but that was all ironed out. I then told them that we would like to move forward with program. I received no response. I followed up with a second request to move forward with the project. Crickets. I then emailed them asking why they no longer wished to do business with us, CCing several associates within the organization. We were ghosted. I called Purple Care and said we no longer require their services, and when politely asked why, I stated that everything is documented in email correspondence, wished them a good day, said goodbye and hung up. We do want to thank them for their professionalism, courtesy and outstanding work ethic. William & Elizabeth Kiefer

Anyone calling a customer a liar when they have witnesses is wrong - Don't walk away from them RUN they will treat you great first visit and then like trash after that. We waited all day and then they never showed up even though promised we were next at 1pm - 7pm still no one. Then called us liars saying we said to reschedule - NOT. RUN from them find someone else.
