We came up with a plan and he was able to complete it within the same week. Delano was responsive and great with communication throughout the whole process. He provided different options along with thorough explanations and without pressure. He was even great with follow up after the work was completed to make sure there were no issues. And actually there was a minor issue with the new sod covering my sprinkler heads, and he came out to adjust it right away. I never said anything, but they definitely left the yard not finished in the back every time from what you'd expect a lawn service to do. Complained for more money every time the grass was tall because I would ask them to come, and they'd show up a week or two later. And after the first mow of the season they've blocked my number. I paid extra for the first mow this year, and they didn't even ask. Overall never knew if they'd show up, they never showed up consistently every two weeks, I always had to reach out, and regularly had to haggle price. Bad explanations were given like "I need more this season because gas is higher." Except gas will only temporarily be high but wants to go ahead and establish it will be higher all season regardless. Nothing beyond this to say. Have message receipts for all the claims, including getting blocked.
