Trimmed it up real good and got all the branches off my power lines. My property really looks good now. Appointment was at 9:00 a.m. -9:30. They showed up 10 minutes early. The crew did a fantastic job. They were fast and organized. The quality of their work was outstanding. They cleaned up all their mess. I will use them again next time.

Carlos Salinas, The Company owner told me that the price Eric quoted was too low for the work I was having done. I said talk to Eric, he gave me the bid. Canopy is still low and there are more areas to open for maximum sunlight. Carlos told me he'd stop by during the job but never did even after I called him. Told Carlos my concerns and he just ignored them. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND SUPREME TREE SERVICE.

They left our yard cleaner than it was. The job took about 4 hours and we are so pleased. They chipped everything on site. We've had a problem in our neighborhood of less reputable companies doing tree work and illegally dumping the limbs so it was good to know they took care of it on site. They even offered to let us have the resulting mulch. Our trees look so healthy now. We will definitely call them back out when needed. They know and love their trees.

The initial consult was fine. We got an estimate and decided on a plan. They assured me that even in the fall they'd be able to trim our tree of dead branches. My first disappointment was that in the fervor of trimming our tree they ripped out some of our newly planted bushes. There was no mention of it, no apology, full charge for the trim. I didn't mention anything because the bushes were spindly and I thought it was an honest mistake. My second disappointment is that when they returned for a soil sample they bent the back gate off the hinge and will need to be replaced. They did the soil sample when we weren't home so there's no hard evidence that it was their team but who else could have broken our gate on the same day they came? When I mentioned this, there was no apology, not reimbursement, just a follow up about when they could start the next project. There are plenty of tree services in the area... This one shouldn't be your choice.
