Leo is really taking it upon himself to take good care of my yard and he's quick to reply, professional, and just a sweetheart. I'm not in town often after he's worked on the yard, so he will send pictures when he is done, which I didn't ask him to do but he understands the value of showing his work and communicating with clients.
