Our experience with Frank and his team was exceptional. As the owner, Frank is very involved in his company. He is the person you will communicate with through the entire process, start to finish, and he is very responsive. Initially the scale of work was overwhelming to me, but Frank was able to narrow things down and prioritize what needed to be done first. He took the time to teach me about the trees we had and how to keep them healthy. Usually this is the busiest time of the year for them, but they had a cancellation and got us on the schedule very quickly! As for the work itself, Frank's crew was phenomenal! They had to do some heavy trimming, but they took the time to make conscious cuts so the trees got the trimming they needed to be safe and still look aesthetically pleasing. They were swift and efficient, careful not damage anything and cleaned up every bit of mess from the trimming. Excellent work for the price in my opinion. We've used them to trim trees in the past but this week, we had them out to remove dead trees, stumps and diseased photinia hedges. They are such hard workers and went above and beyond to help us make the yard look so much better. They advised us to remove the plants we had around our live oaks because it could cause root rot. Who knew? We removed the landscape blocks from around our trees and dug up the Day Lilies. They even helped us relocate them in our landscape. Like many in DFW I recently had damages due to recent storm. EVERY tree service was stretched thin and unable get to the hoards of needing customers. But MANY handled that by not returning calls, not responding when they said they would, not showing up to provide estimates when they were scheduled, etc... I experienced it numerous times over week and it was TEDIOUS and unnecessary. I was not able use Advanced Tree Service simply because our schedules didn't work out. BUT I WILL IN FUTURE! EVERY time I called Frank (owner/operator) he personally answered, EVERY time. He was HONEST about his availability, when he could and could NOT arrive to give estimates, do job, etc... IF I had not happened get contractor who was able do job earlier at fair price I WOULD HAVE USED ADVANCED. Frank was professional, honest, gracious and considerate of ME in doing so. MUCH APPRECIATED and is WORTHY of mention given how many OTHER 'well reviewed' services simply blew me off that week in most rude & unprofessional of ways, merely complicating my situation and absorbing valuable time. But NOT Frank, he answered calls EVERY time, was considerate & honest to a fault. I respect that. Hands down one of the best experiences we have ever had with a contractor and that says a lot since we built our home ourselves and thereby dealt with a lot of contractors. We did an internet search of tree services in the Burleson area and made appointments with 3. Frank from Advanced Tree Services stood out amongst the 3 , so that's who we chose. He did not disappoint in any way. shape or form. They are very busy so it took several weeks for them to get to our property. Frank arrived with a crew of 6 plus himself and they immediately set to work. We had approximately 6 trees ( several were groups ) removed with stumps grinded, approximately 30+ trees trimmed and cleaned, and they also cleared a large area of brush in our backyard. It took them 2 full days. The crew was very diligent, hard working, respectful and talented. Frank was a very hands on boss and did much of the work himself.
