No grading to speak of. No measurements. No calculations on flow, drop, degrees. They left maybe a 1/2 inch of foundation showing and the new grass level with the concrete patio. And essentially created a major drainage situation that has resulted in water in my home on multiple sides of the property. THE WORST PART - when I contacted Carlos (owner??) about this, his only response was to charge me to fix it. $#&?! I normally don't post bad reviews, but I don't want this to happen to anyone else.

He went over and above my estimate of pics to be hung. Also he installed the 30 handles I had purchased. I did miscalculate the amount of handles needed. It needed two more for the guest bathroom. I asked if when I received the handles if he would mount them as well as hang two small pics that were missed. He told me that would not be a problem. I contacted him when the items arrived and he said he would work me in. He did not work me in. I contacted him again and he was apologetic and said he would work me in again (paraphrasing) which so far he hasn't. It has been almost two months and I decided to update my review rather than contact him again. I firmly believe that in the customer services business which Andrew's company obviously is, I have found that the proof of whether a company provides world class service or does not is usually not in the initial job but mostly in the follow up when commitment to ones word becomes paramount. Not every job goes as planned. The companies I pick who live up to their own commitment continue to get rewarded by other paying jobs. This job was a be back type. No remuneration just a small business owner standing up for his own word. If he felt he needed to get paid a trip charge he did not express it to me. Personally I think the man does excellent work and it took me two months to publish this follow up. I am not judging here, but when a vendor tells me he will do something I firmly believe he should follow up and do what he'd committed to do rather than Ghost the customer. Jerry

My Wife and I had a 20'X24' barn full of old furniture and an old washing machine and some yard…read moreequipment. We also had a smaller shed with 2 riding lawn mowers a push mower a recliner and other misc. items. Plus we had a couple of recliners and some tables in our house that we needed to get rid of. So we contacted Country Boy Services through Facebook around 10:00 am on a Saturday Morning. Kyle called us about 11:30am and said he could come out to see what we had in a few hours. He came about 3:00 and looked at what we had and gave us a very reasonable quote to haul all of this stuff away. He left to get his 2 trucks and trailers and came back with 2 other men about 4:30. About 2 and a half hours later they had both buildings cleared and swept clean. We could not believe they got all of that junk on 2 trailers, or this was all done in 1 day. We could not be more pleased, and will contact them again for our next project.
