They abandoned the rest of their job after I told them I would not pay another $2800 because I had just paid 12,000 for a project they did not complete. Instead of working through or talking they said they would never come back unless they were paid. Now I have to worry about them filing a false lien even though they did not complete their own contract. *edited to add it took this long to get a response just like it took forever for them to follow up. Also I can post a picture of the contract and maybe he can look up the word scope and he can read his contract and realize he did not ever fulfill the contract. They were paid 12,000 on Monday and then I realized the project was not completed per the contract so I told them I would pay when it was complete on Wednesday. Instead of being men of their word and following the contract they wrote they decided to again put my project off and refused to finish to get paid. They were paid 60% on projects that have never even been touched and are still blaming it on subs that they hired. Funny thing is I spoke to the people they hired and they actually cared and tried to make their mistakes right. Pitch tried to screw them over on payment and explained to me the timeline they discussed. Pitch has horrible communication with clients and the subs they hire. All in all would never hire or recommend and will make sure none of my friends or family ever deal with them.

Thank you to DFW Gate Repair. Another gate company came out and messed up our gate completely…read moreleaving it unusable. I called DFW Gate repair and even though they don't work in our area usually, the owner Rob was so nice and sent out a tech. The tech discovered our problem and fixed it. I felt like I could trust these guys so we bought a new more modern system from, with absolutely no pressure. Ours was getting old. They were given $7900 to purchase materials and then proceeded to put the wrong roof on. When confronted about this fact, they changed the contract and lied about her changing her mind. She's old. Not feeble!!! When we withheld the final payment in an effort to get them to just do the roof we asked for, Gary became belligerent, screamed at us, and threatened us with a mechanic's lien. Never did he want to make the situation better or ask how he could help us. That's when I knew this was a scam!!! They take advantage of the elderly and then pretend that the customer "doesn't remember" changing their mind!!! It's truly outrageous. Stay away from these liars and cheats. Anyone who takes advantage of elderly widows like this will get their comeuppance!
