They trimmed up all of our trees and hollies. They sheared the boxwoods with the smoothest, most symmetrical lines I've ever seen. They literally removed EVERY live oak and magnolia leaf in the yard (and there were a LOT). They removed every weed without being asked all the way to the gate outside our driveway AND cleaned all the winter debris out of our large and small fountains (no more mosquitoes!). As an adult, I keep track of my appointments and dont want to be infantilized. If you don't confirm an appointment by the time they want, they will cancel your slot and make you an 'anytime appointment'. I understand needing a schedule, but I really dont like threats. Additionally, they just didn't show up for an appointment they pestered me about and when i contacted them at 6pm, i got an 'oopsie' reply from a third party person who said i'd be contacted by the office. That was several months ago so.... All in all I just didn't appreciate how I was treated.
