Raul and his team were absolutely outstanding! You HAVE to hire them! Trust me, your search is…read moreover! I am moving out and my mower broke right before the wind and leaves literally blanketed the entire front yard! I'm not exaggerating (although being a Texan does give me the right) there were leaves everywhere! Not only did Raul answer my first call, but he drove out to the house within an hour to provide an incredibly good estimate! Add on the fact that he and his team blew out the gutters and trimmed perfectly around ALL sidewalks, mailbox post, landscaping bricks, gutters, everything! Oh and what's more - Raul came out SAME DAY and he and the team knocked it out! Obviously, they cannot do that for everyone, but WOW - that is incredible service and shows a great deal of character! There's not one leaf left in the front yard! They have all the right equipment and finished everything in a third of the time it would have taken me to do it! Raul was extremely polite and did a fantastic job. I would sell my mower and hire them for life if I weren't moving to another town out of the area! I even told the new neighbor whom I have never met to hire them before they left! Support Raul and his family with your business - you will be very glad you did!!! Wow! I'm thrilled with their work!

I terminated my services recently with another company that I was with for over a decade and decided to go ahead and try them out. It was a coincidence that they were actually scheduled to be in my neighborhood that same day and was able to add me immediately. Price is about the same as my previous company, and I like that I can pay online with them too. Allyson was friendly, informative, and responsive throughout the whole process. I appreciate being informed of their company policies upfront so there are no surprises. Communication in general has been great. I like supporting small businesses that care about customer service.

I never said anything, but they definitely left the yard not finished in the back every time from what you'd expect a lawn service to do. Complained for more money every time the grass was tall because I would ask them to come, and they'd show up a week or two later. And after the first mow of the season they've blocked my number. I paid extra for the first mow this year, and they didn't even ask. Overall never knew if they'd show up, they never showed up consistently every two weeks, I always had to reach out, and regularly had to haggle price. Bad explanations were given like "I need more this season because gas is higher." Except gas will only temporarily be high but wants to go ahead and establish it will be higher all season regardless. Nothing beyond this to say. Have message receipts for all the claims, including getting blocked.

Purple Care has done a fantastic job of caring for our lawn. They've always been professional and…read morevery accommodating & I really enjoyed chatting with the techs on their visit. We've had what we thought was good business relationship. Unfortunately, we decided to cancel our business with them, which is something we really did not want to do. We bought our house new in 1987 and raised our daughter here. We've never had an irrigation system & since my wife is blind and I'm an old man, currently recovering from spinal fusion surgery, it's been a bit challenging watering our small, postage stamp yard. I asked Purple Care if they would give us an estimate for an irrigation system and, again, they were very accommodating. I later asked, via email, if they offered any senior or veteran discounts. There was bit of miscommunication initially, but that was all ironed out. I then told them that we would like to move forward with program. I received no response. I followed up with a second request to move forward with the project. Crickets. I then emailed them asking why they no longer wished to do business with us, CCing several associates within the organization. We were ghosted. I called Purple Care and said we no longer require their services, and when politely asked why, I stated that everything is documented in email correspondence, wished them a good day, said goodbye and hung up. We do want to thank them for their professionalism, courtesy and outstanding work ethic. William & Elizabeth Kiefer
