Mike was responsive to emails, arogenate, condescending and using the "program" as the defense for pitiful service, his quote " I believe at the core of this dispute is a lack of understanding on your part about the program you agreed to." Yes this is several years after the service existed, and returned to see if there was a pattern, there is. Consider other lawn services as its not worth arguing with someone that is not customer focused.

The latest appointment in the day is 1-3 pm which is difficult for our work schedule. When we opted for the 1-3 the service person called at 11:30 saying they were on their way! That seems too far outside the windows to expect customers to quickly adjust. They also give a base-line, per-call price but dot give an estimate before working. They also invoice for their services. Once the work was done it took 2 phone calls and 2 hours just to know how much we owed for the fix.

We just moved into the house (new construction) and the builder contracted Aqua Irrigation to install the sprinkler system. The city flagged a couple issues during an anual inspection. I contacted Luis since the system was still under warranty. While the team was making repairs, Luis brought another issue to my attention and told me that it wouldn't be under the warranty since it wasn't part of his original install, but he could take care of it while his team was here.
