I also was told the soonest Scott could come out was in three weeks. On the day of the appointment, I called to confirm the appointment window and the office assistant confirmed that I was scheduled for a 3p to 5p window. Had to leave work early to meet the window (not a problem, planned it in advance). Scott never showed up. Waited until 5:30p before calling to get an update, but the office was closed and I was directed to Scott's voicemail by the automated answering machine. Left a voicemail. I called back first thing the next morning to explain the situation and the office assistant took my phone number so she could call me back after talking with Scott. I never heard back. I called one more time the next business day and left another voicemail. I still have not heard anything back from Scott or the office assistant. It really sounds like Scott and his team do great work, but I have not experienced the prompt or courteous responsiveness that others have. I understand that things happen sometimes, but a business should always communicate with its customers when a scheduling issue arises. ***************************** UPDATE Scott called me personally this morning to apologize for missing the appointment last week. The lack of communication appears to be due to the office logging an incorrect area code on my phone number. My subsequent calls alerted the office to the error. We were absolutely astounded by the quality work of the team at Trinity River! I do all of my own…read morelawn care and landscaping after trying several other contractors who didn't complete the job, did a poor job, etc. Trinity River came in and got started at 815am and worked all day to clean up our entire back yard. They trimmed up all of our trees and hollies. They sheared the boxwoods with the smoothest, most symmetrical lines I've ever seen. They literally removed EVERY live oak and magnolia leaf in the yard (and there were a LOT). They removed every weed without being asked all the way to the gate outside our driveway AND cleaned all the winter debris out of our large and small fountains (no more mosquitoes!). We are definitely quoting their next job to install some sod to further enhance our back yard. And they were cost-effective against three other potential providers. Top quality for a fair price!
