I never said anything, but they definitely left the yard not finished in the back every time from what you'd expect a lawn service to do. Complained for more money every time the grass was tall because I would ask them to come, and they'd show up a week or two later. And after the first mow of the season they've blocked my number. I paid extra for the first mow this year, and they didn't even ask. Overall never knew if they'd show up, they never showed up consistently every two weeks, I always had to reach out, and regularly had to haggle price. Bad explanations were given like "I need more this season because gas is higher." Except gas will only temporarily be high but wants to go ahead and establish it will be higher all season regardless. Nothing beyond this to say. Have message receipts for all the claims, including getting blocked.

I followed up with a second request to move forward with the project. Crickets. I then emailed them asking why they no longer wished to do business with us, CCing several associates within the organization. We were ghosted. I called Purple Care and said we no longer require their services, and when politely asked why, I stated that everything is documented in email correspondence, wished them a good day, said goodbye and hung up.
