I got a couple of bids, and theirs was the lowest, so I think the cost was reasonable. They had no problem quoting just a section of my fence, others were really more interested in doing the whole fence and I wasn't ready for that. The main thing is that NTX (Pablo) did exactly what they said they would do, when they said they would do it, and for the cost they quoted.

I am beyond happy with the quality and professional service AGS offers. I will shout it from the rooftops they are the ONLY garage door company I will ever use! They are so friendly and have outstanding rates. Hands down AGS is the best garage door company in Texas. Bless you. **Also don't ever use Wright Overhead Garage Door. Brett Wright and his girlfriend do the minimum, which is shoddy work, and don't stand behind their workmanship, sadly. He was thorough, took the time to explain some areas that needed attention. Gave a very reasonable quote, I gave the go ahead and the work was done same day. Our front flower bed was in sad shape. I met Rick via a neighbor and knew immediately I would use him when the time came. He and his crew have now done complete renovations/updates on all three of our bathrooms, as well as dry wall repairs and painting throughout most of the house. They are without question the most professional and skilled group I have ever had the pleasure to have in our home. They are outstanding and true Craftsmen with customer service and satisfaction driving their every task. So many other traits came shining through as well: great attention to detail, uber cleanliness, super courteous, extremely punctual and highly communicative. On top of all this, they were honest and affordable. I will probably never have another contractor in my home as long as Rick is around. You can have complete confidence in these guys! My wife liked Cody's testimonials and my friend said he had actually worked with him in the past and recommended him. I asked my friend what something like that might cost and Cody hit the price on the head when he quoted me, so I asked if he could start to do it for that price and an additional item I asked him about. Brent started to dig right away and was done in a reasonably short time. He also explained to me what I was up against and some other tips. I could tell he was looking at us as a long term customer which means alot to us. We already asked when we could get some other services done and looks like January... The experience was absolutely awful. If you need yard work done, avoid this company at all costs…read more They have poor customer service and provide dishonest quotes. They lure you in with a discounted price and verbally promise to complete all work. Once on‑site, they cut corners. Tasks they verbally agreed to include were later claimed to be excluded from the service. To make matters worse, they threatened to call the police if I did not pay. They even claimed they did not inspect the backyard during their quote visit. Excuse me? We explicitly mentioned both front and back yards over the phone, and they confirmed the price covered both yards. I have hired numerous yard‑work contractors before, and this is by far my worst experience. Because their cleanup was incomplete, we requested them to come back for re‑cleaning. After an argument, they did show up to do the additional work. However, during this follow‑up cleanup, they still refused to perform the bush-cutting and debris‑removal they had verbally promised. When we followed up to check on the status, they completely ignored our messages and only kept demanding payment. Too busy to argue further, we simply paid the bill to resolve the situation. Since we do not live at that property, we were vulnerable to their tactics. Full of pitfalls. Stay far away. I am writing this off as an expensive lesson.

Finally they got back on it and we moved forward since Brandon is a friend of a friend. We have 2 gates leading to our backyard and they were told which one to use as the other gate needs to be leveled and doesn't open. They asked if they could trim the bottom of the gate and we said no. They did it anyway. They didn't level the concrete they laid with the existing patio and there was about a 3/4" drop off. When they cleaned their mixer, they just dumped it out in the street and left it. Brandon's dad, who did the work wouldn't return calls so I got in contact with Brandon. I told him of the issues and he said he will get it resolved. They put a patch of concrete to level out the patio with the existing but now we have 3 different colors of concrete as you can tell it's a patch. To solve the gate they cut, their solution was to screw a pine board to the bottom of the gate on the inside. This is an 8ft cedar fence, not cheap pine. I contacted Brandon again He said they will replace the pickets... that was over a month ago and we've heard nothing. At this point I'll just call it a loss. I would highly recommend avoiding this company at all cost.
