He was knowledgeable and honest enough to let us know that the shingles that we have, & the ice and water issues we were experiencing, are actually due to a ongoing lawsuit with the manufacturer. He could've easily not told us that and charged us to do a whole new roof. He continuously worked with us for the following 6 months helping provide any information pictures, etc. so we can make a claim to get our roof covered. I submitted them as my preferred roofer of choice to fix the issue. Once everything was settled with the manufacturer, we were able to move forward with a new roof with Firefighter. They were professional, on time, skilled laborers, and did a beautiful job redoing everything. We had a couple of hiccups, they remedied everything quickly without hesitation. This3:16 roofing came to my door all of sudden and said there is only one spot which shows inner white layer so we will cover that free of cost as a goodwill gesture and my husband said okay.The next day he sent two guys they were working for the whole day just using the tarp to cover whole roof with unnecessary ring nail spoiling the whole part of the roof.He nailed each and every shingles with that nail forcing literally to go for insurance to replace the whole roof costing more than 10 grand.There was a very cruel intention behind his good gesture.
