I believe the interview process could be improved by communicating expectations in advance and providing proper training for new employees.

The contractor informed us and sent me pictures showing the ridge vent that was added was done by someone just using a hammer and breaking away the plywood to create the (mess) ridge vent instead of doing it the proper way and using a saw!! Also after more discussions with the contractor educating us on shingles we truly believe we were not sold the top of the line shingle we were lead to believe we were getting which partly explains why we lost shingles off our roof only after a little over 2 years due to wind storms. I just want people to know what we discovered!

They worked hard and fast, it only took them two days to finish, my salesman came out to walk the fence after they were done. We found one spot where they had forgot to stain a cut end but that was resolved the same day. Carina called to do a follow up thank you call a week later just to make sure I hadn't found anything else that I needed fixed. I absolutely love this company! Next summer we will be building a covered patio with Lifetime Fence. We used financing for part of our project and just found out that when I pay it off, I can re-use the same financing without it hitting my credit again
