First, he arranged to have a temporary gutter hung over our back door within hours of learning that we had water leaking into our kitchen - caused by a heavy downpour from an unexpected storm that passed through North Texas, the night after his gutter team removed our gutters & downspouts (in preparation for the roof replacement the following Monday).
