I…read moreknow my rear air shock was leaking so asked them to inspect my air ride system so I could rule out any other issues, leaky line etc. they confirmed what I told them that my air shock had a leak and wasn't filling with air. They also suggested I need to replace my front struts which was true. Their estimate to repair was over $3000.00 . I purchased two air shocks on my own which is what needed to be replaced and was going to do it my self but decided to have a professional do it. I requested an estimate through the Yelp tool and North Texas Mobile Mechanics came through for me. He swapped out the parts in under an hour same day. I checked out the shocks and everything was working fine. If you need work done don't hesitate to call him. He's honest and gets the work done right.

This happened 3 times! More and more parts needed to be replaced and labor hours added. The computer had to be replaced and then replaced again (had nothing to do with the original problem). This went on for a month. we finally get it home $4,700 later and notice the ac isn't working at all- no lights, no airflow, nothing. It worked great before. Of course we can't get anyone to answer or call us back so we took it to another mechanic and the entice ac condenser and fan assembly is fried and has to be replaced. They caused more damage than they fixed! I'm scarred to find out what else they messed up.

My husband called and asked if they had internet and the wait- he was told 3 cars in the lot and yes on internet. So we head over and guy tells us 4 cars ahead of us. Okay so no big deal right- that's 8mins per car for an inspection, we can wait. Well 30 mins goes by and more cars enter this small area. The truck that arrived after us gets pulled in before us and then the new vehicle arriving also gets pulled in line behind the other truck in the bay. So my husband asks the guy the deal and he tells him that the small dealership down the street is bringing 15 cars and they are pushing us back. Mind you no one spoke to us while we waited- also why wasn't it said over the phone that they were going to have 15 cars to be scheduled to be worked on. So we decided that they will never have our service and left.
