Another employee stepped in, apologized, and mentioned that they constantly have to address his behavior. Honestly, if someone needs to be spoken to about their conduct on a daily basis, they shouldn't be working at your establishment. Because of that interaction, I'm not likely to return to this location. I will say the rest of the staff was polite and helpful.

A few hours later, I received a voice mail to call or stop by. I came back late afternoon and one of the mechanics explained that a plate covering up a reservoir in back underside of my SUV had become loose and was causing the rattling. The mechanic tightened up the screws and my car was fine. I was so relieved! Then, I realized, the mechanics here are HONEST! I stared at him for a few and he just smiled. I said, "Thank you, how much do I owe y'all?" His response, "No charge. We hope to see you back for some mainetance." Wowzers! My hubby and I are now taking our vehicles here for all maintenance!

I went on Christmas Eve for an oil change and the next day when I was on the highway every time I went over a bump I could hear a scraping sound. I drove to and from frisco with more and more damage being done each bump I went over. When I was able to look I could see the skid plate wasn't fastened to my car good enough after service. I went back the next day and told them about the issue. The same person from before ushered me into the shop. Tinkered for a good 10-15 minutes and said I was good to go. I trusted that they fixed what they messed up and drove off. I was headed out of town that day so needed my car drivable. I stopped to get gas and peered under my car-- their "fix" was using zip ties to fasten the plate to my car. I would have appreciated some ownership in their mistake and some honestly when they acted like they fixed the issue that THEY caused. Instead, they sent me off with me having to now go somewhere else to fix something they are responsible for. I really don't like leaving bad reviews, but after that experience I have to. This was an infuriating and disappointing experience. I understand that the mistake of the skid plate coming loose could have happened anywhere, but the way this was handled with no respect makes me regret ever giving this specific store my business in the first place. Please do better for your paying customers.

Let's just say there were some things that happened to my car that were not happening before I pulled into the car lot. They obviously did something to cause something wrong but immediately when I told the guy it wasn't doing that before I got here.. he said OK will look at it and will fix the problem. He said if we did something they would get fixed. Everything worked out so I am a happy customer. I did have to come back a couple days later to actually get my inspection done on my car. I had two tires put on that I brought to them and air pressure was wrong so again I had to come back for that as well... But for some reason I will still say I like this place they may need to get some guys with a little more experience in the shop but they are quick to fix a mistake and very kind about it. Not to mention the guy in the front (I should have gotten his name) was very nice and friendly and had all the laughs. I will go back to this place to have my other tire put on as well... Maybe even the inspection.

They did complete an oil change, which was quick and affordable. Will say the online/website discounts were not honored at this location. So double check first if trying to compare pricing with other businesses.
