I stopped by for an oil change and the techs noticed my cabin air filter was dirty. It turned out I had a new filter in my trunk and after mentioning it to them, they just installed it without charge. I would have been happy to pay for it but they again said not to worry about it! So we have never been to this location- but we have had great service with Jiffy Lube in general. So we figured it was close by, well that was wrong thinking. My husband called and asked if they had internet and the wait- he was told 3 cars in the lot and yes on internet. So we head over and guy tells us 4 cars ahead of us. Okay so no big deal right- that's 8mins per car for an inspection, we can wait. Well 30 mins goes by and more cars enter this small area. The truck that arrived after us gets pulled in before us and then the new vehicle arriving also gets pulled in line behind the other truck in the bay. So my husband asks the guy the deal and he tells him that the small dealership down the street is bringing 15 cars and they are pushing us back. Mind you no one spoke to us while we waited- also why wasn't it said over the phone that they were going to have 15 cars to be scheduled to be worked on. I'm giving this business a zero writing due to the fact I pulled up on a Saturday morning at 8:30. There was two guys maybe three there with one whole change in the bay and one car pulled up after me for an old change the person with the beard that said he was the only inspector told me it be 20 minutes, so I waited 40 minutes later while I watched the inspector play on his phone and his helper vacuum the vehicle in front of me I left. not once did he tell me it was going to be 20 more minutes not once Did he apologize for having me wait longer than the time he told me it would be. So he wasted my time and he will waste yours too. Take my advice go somewhere else. read more

As a hip widow and gently a senior, this is the one stop auto doctor for Debra! The guys are all like your young adult kids, smart, nice just grand! They always do a little more, while making sure I have a hot cup of fresh brewed coffee. Never oversell, very educated in all levels of the care I am addressing. I've been coming here for a few years after Walmart insisted that I had to bring my own oil filter because they don't carry my cars. They always treat me right and don't talk down to me. Even more recently I couldn't read the sticker they put in my car the last time I did an oil change and they were very up front about the fact I still have some life in my oil and could do about 3,000 miles more. They printed me a new sticker with their new machine. The guy checked everything over for me after I mention I was going out if town over the weekend, topped off my fluids, and then filled up my tires. Even tested my brake fluid and let me know I still have some mileage I could go on it, but the next time I go in they'll check it again and go from there. I will keep coming here for as long as I live in Azle. Tl;dr: no bad experience in a few years, always professional, honest and friendly. read more

I have been taking all 3 of my cars to this Jiffy Lube for two years. I took my car in for an oil change and explained that the tires were low. Tech said they would check everything for me and top off the extras. He came in about 10 minutes into the change and said I needed a new air filter. I said go ahead and change it out. He also said I need more coolant for an extra charge of 5.00. I said ok, well I kept waiting and then the tech came back and said he was wrong didn't have the right filter but he ordered it and would be there in about 10 mins. I said ok, waited for another twenty minutes while all the techs were outside talking to a girl. I finally walked out and said I needed to go, tech said that the filter just arrived, then said they brought the wrong filter and had to put my old filter back in, now he had already charged me for it and I had already paid. He said to come back tomorrow and they would put the new filter on. I got in my car to leave, once I was home I decided to check all my gauges, the oil gauge had not been reset, the tires were still low. I called the tech and he said just bring it back tomorrow. To say the least I'm bringing it back and then I will never bring another car here again. If all the techs had not been out flirting with the girl and ignoring my car maybe things would have been done right. Now I'm not sure if they really changed my oil or not or added the coolant that they charged me for. Now they have lost a loyal customer with 3 cars. read more
