Had my 2008 Chevy Silverado in to have a dashboard cap put over a crack that developed. She was the only one that would touch it. Did a great job at a more than reasonable price. Next had her replace mirrors, on the Silverado, that would not retract and again a great job at about 1/2 what I had been quoted by another shop. Lastly had my wife's 2008 f150 brakes replaced. Put on new pads and rotors at a very reasonable price. She has been very professional and has been willing to text me with an estimate and then completed all work on time. Great communication and pricing as well the as quality of her work. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for quality car or truck repairs and great pricing.

She did my inspection anyway, but never reported the inspection to the state and refused to do so when I called. She even said she had it right there and I could pick it up from them, but she would not send it through to the state for me (something I paid her shop to do in the first place). Her demeanor led me to believe that she didn't report the inspection on purpose to inconvenience me, as I had apparently inconvenienced her when she did the inspection. Also, she told me to stay in my car during the inspection and she never even drove it, which I now know is illegal. My family will be going elsewhere. I ended up getting another inspection just down the road. Much more positive experience and i was able to register my vehicle online the next morning.

The staff was really rude and condescending like they are better than us! Never going back with all five of my cars!

Instead he rebuilt the whole thing using all new components and charged $165 for a complete rebuild. Be very explicit when requesting repairs or you may be charged for unnecessary work. It took forever to get the instrument panel back so I could get my vehicle back on the road. Very frustrated with the whole experience.
