They were trying to get me to do their oil change. Anything and everything, they were trying so hard to upsell me. I won't be going back. They say they will give you an all-point inspection. "You need your coolant topped off, that's $X." "Oh, you need a filter, that's $X." I came for an emissions test. I'm already paying a lot for that. I don't want to spend more money. I also told them I already had an oil change scheduled for my car the next day. When I bought my car, they gave me six oil changes. They still wanted me to get my oil change with them. This place doesn't take no for an answer. Learn to accept NO, and maybe you will have more people come back. ****Ladies, don't go here. I will bet $100 they don't do this to men. I tried to give them a chance twice.

There's two kinds of mechanics: 1. The kind who make a…read moreliving "scaring and upselling" you into a bunch of garbage you don't need, and 2. The kind who earn a lifetime of business by being truthful and honest, even if it might cost them a sale today. These guys are the 2nd kind! I just popped in for an oil change, and I'm not a car guy. I told them what I "thought" the car manual said. However, they did get the upsell today... because they were knowledgeable, and informed me that my "suggestion" would probably void the warranty on the car. I think it was like a $15 difference. That's an excellent trade in my opinion! They also corrected some information I had received from 2 other shops in the prior few weeks (on other issues). These guys are great, and have earned by business! Way to go YELP! 5 STARS

I come here every year for my state inspection, I've always had efficient and professional service…read more The state inspection is incredibly easy. You don't need an appointment and there are signs all over directing you to the state inspection drive-thru, similar process is getting your car washed. You will need a copy of your current insurance and they'll take care of the rest in about 10 minutes. Cost in cash is $18.50, there's a 50 Cent surcharge when using credit cards. For the ease, location, and competency. I recommend this location for state inspection needs.

After the diagnosis, I was told it would be done by the end of the day Wednesday or Thursday morning. I called Thursday and spoke with Eric, who told me it would be done by the end of the day or Friday because they had just received the part. I called again Friday, and once again I was told it would be done by the end of the day or Saturday morning. At that point, I told Eric that he had now given me essentially the same timeframe three times. Instead of acknowledging the delays or simply apologizing, he gaslit me and acted as if the conversations had never happened. When I pointed out that they record their calls and asked him to go back and listen to the conversation, he said he was not able to access it. What I don't appreciate is being repeatedly given a timeframe, making arrangements based on that information, and then being told something different each time I call, followed by having the conversation denied. I'm a single mom, and being without my car for nearly a week was extremely difficult. A little honesty, communication, and accountability would have gone a long way. I will never take my car here again, and I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you actually want your car back "kwik."
