On their initial visit, the tech told us how to reset our side slide which was experiencing uneven movement and sticking. They also set an appointment for the following week to repair or our furnace. They showed up early for the repair and it wound up being $200 less than the original quote. They removed the furnace and cleaned out the mess left by dirt daubers (thanks previous owner!), then reinstalled and made sure the screen was in place to prevent future problems. The kind who earn a lifetime of business by being truthful and honest, even if it might cost them a sale today. These guys are the 2nd kind! I just popped in for an oil change, and I'm not a car guy. I told them what I "thought" the car manual said. However, they did get the upsell today... because they were knowledgeable, and informed me that my "suggestion" would probably void the warranty on the car. I think it was like a $15 difference. That's an excellent trade in my opinion! They also corrected some information I had received from 2 other shops in the prior few weeks (on other issues).
