Working with them has turned out to be a complete disaster and a waste of $3K. The ONLY thing that I have a compliment on is the young man that came out. He was very pleasant and kind. Aside from that, I encourage you to stay as far away as possible. Let's start with the initial inspection. We called them out for an inspection of our roof and that turned in to an estimate in over $15k repairs needed including entire gutting of both slides. This was $210 that I was told would be applied to any additional work if we decided to move forward. We decided to do a complete rescrape and SEAL of our roof and an ENTIRE external reseal, cleaning of our tanks, and an AC service. The initial day we had scheduled had to be rescheduled due to my work schedule. The day we had rescheduled for, I sat at home all day (mind you took off of work) and they never showed. When my husband called he was told they didn't know he was scheduled for that day and it would be another two weeks. That should have been the SECOND red flag. What we got when service started? A half ass reseal on both. They had to come back after their initial completion twice because they didn't reseal all they scraped you know like windows and things. And now magically we have a soft spot on our roof (that mind you was NOT completed or noted as an issue in the initial inspection) and there is NO RESEAL (tape, caulk, nothing) done to the top of our slides but yet we paid for a complete roof reseal and complete external reseal. We also now have a leak in our slide that was NOT leaking before. Moving on to the tanks. We initially had a god awful smell so we asked to have our tanks (4) cleaned. When the techs arrived, they informed us that we had to pick which two tanks to clean because they only had two hours of service on the order and that's all they had time for. I figured when you ask for your tanks to be cleaned and you have 4 tanks, you'll get 4 tanks cleaned. So they "cleaned" the two tanks and put some solution in them filling it up and telling us not to use it for a few days. That wasn't cleaning it... that was them masking the smell they DIDNT CLEAN. Since the smell never went away following their service, we had another RV place out here to inspect and guess what... we have a crack in our black tank. So you are telling me you cleaned and serviced the black tank but you didn't see the waste water dripping from it and or the wreaking smell when you lean down beside the unit. Yeah, ok. Now the AC, we had our AC serviced and was told it's working as it should and is all good to waking up today with it not working. My husband took it apart and there was a wire that was poorly taped and had melted the inside of the AC almost catching on fire. Now whether they did that or no I can't tell you but what I can tell you is when you pay for a preventative service on an AC you are paying for an inspection yo ensure it is working properly. Isn't that why you pay for a service as preventative? I have called and spoke to Christie and was told that someone would have to call me back within an hour as she was at lunch. That was 9 days ago and I haven't heard a peep. Just do yourself a favor and stay away. They are about as far from an EXPERT as their name says. Our total repair job was an additional $2700 for THIS CRAP WORK!!!! They also didn't deduct our initial $210 we paid. I have reached out to try and get this corrected between us but since I can't get a phone call back, I'll leave a review here so others don't get put in these situations with them like we did. Just stay away. It's just too coincidental that EVERYTHING they had touched and "repaired" is now magically causing issues and additionally needing repairs. Interesting eh?! read more
