While we were inside the trailer, a forklift driver began honking repeatedly. When we came outside, he was yelling at me about where my car was parked, even though there were no clear signs or barriers indicating I couldn't park there. I spoke with management about the situation. They were polite, but no meaningful action appeared to be taken. After that, the same employee continued watching us closely and following us around the lot, which made us uncomfortable. The situation escalated further when he approached me again, yelling and acting in an aggressive and confrontational manner. Based on his behavior and the way he approached me, I felt like he was attempting to provoke a physical altercation. At that point, there was no management present to step in or de-escalate the situation. As a potential customer prepared to make a major purchase, this was unacceptable and caused me to leave and decide not to do business here. I will say the parts department was excellent--Preston was professional and helpful from the first call through pickup. Unfortunately, the overall experience with other staff and lack of management response overshadowed that. UPDATE: After posting my original review about my experience here, I noticed a sudden surge of five-star reviews that do not reflect what I personally experienced. I encourage anyone considering doing business here to read through the reviews carefully and look for detailed, specific customer experiences versus short or vague praise.
