Every other shop we called was either unable or completely unwilling to help us. The Communication: Cliff was a lifesaver. He stayed in constant contact with us during our drive and managed to fit us into their packed schedule. It's completely obvious why they are so busy--they actually care about their customers and go the extra mile. The Service: We coordinated our arrival, and within just 15 minutes of us pulling into our campsite, the team was on-site and ready to work. The Techs: A huge shout-out to Andrew and Shane! We gave these people a call after they repaired our neighbor's furnace in their camper van. They…read morewere quick to reply and came out to assess our problems that afternoon. On their initial visit, the tech told us how to reset our side slide which was experiencing uneven movement and sticking. They also set an appointment for the following week to repair or our furnace. They showed up early for the repair and it wound up being $200 less than the original quote. They removed the furnace and cleaned out the mess left by dirt daubers (thanks previous owner!), then reinstalled and made sure the screen was in place to prevent future problems.
