On their initial visit, the tech told us how to reset our side slide which was experiencing uneven movement and sticking. They also set an appointment for the following week to repair or our furnace. They showed up early for the repair and it wound up being $200 less than the original quote. They removed the furnace and cleaned out the mess left by dirt daubers (thanks previous owner!), then reinstalled and made sure the screen was in place to prevent future problems. When I returned with complaint they made "adjustments" and after another trip it was no better. AGAIN I returned and with same issue and they offered an upgrade. Yeah right. I went to a hitch company in Plano, TX and they raised adjustment and made it much better. I would recommend shopping around before committing.
