I really appreciated the work Dogan and his team did for my home!…read more I requested multiple quotes when making a determination on home projects I wanted to be taken on. As a female homeowner, I sometimes run into challenges with companies not taking me seriously or overcharging me for services. Dogan did not give me that impression at all, and I can say I am happy with the work that him and his team did! Dogan and his team were kind and helpful. He did not try to upsell me for the work he was performing, and he was very diligent with ensuring that I was comfortable with the work that was being done. They took their time in properly making the repairs around my home. I asked him to work on multiple projects around my home, such as: 1. Exterior wood replacement, repair and paint (multiple areas) 2. Backyard gate repair 3. Garage weather stripping I felt that he was incredibly reasonable for the work him and his team performed, and he was also incredibly responsive to my messages (which I immensely appreciated). He was communicative, which is something that is super important to me, and he seemed to genuinely want to help me. I can provide an updated review to determine if the work his team performed lasts, but I am currently happy with his work, and would definitely reach out to Dogan and his team again for any other future projects! Thank you so much, Dogan!

The agreed price seemed fair and I was excited to finally get the handles added to my cabinets. He arrived and quickly got set up to get the handles installed. It only took a few hours and he had gotten them on all of the cabinets. He had made a template to help ensure they were installed correctly. He did make one mistake during installation and drilled the wrong side of one of the cabinet doors. He filled the holes and I have since had it painted over. Despite using the template the handles are not even as you look at them. Several are off slightly and hard for most to see but there is a few of them that are off and they easily stand out. I wasn't impressed with the work and would not go back for any additional items.

They were careful to put down paper to prevent floor damage and cleaned up when finished. It was originally more than I wanted to spend, but I think I got a good value for the price. Quality work!

A year and a half later, we're having to find someone else to finish the job. The project is only about two-thirds of the way done, even though we've paid nearly the full quoted amount. Despite a big upfront payment, Luis continually asked us for more money to "accelerate the work" but we never saw more than incremental progress and long stretches with no work at all. We've now hired a lawyer to try to recover the money we paid for work that was never completed (or in some cases never even started). This has been an incredibly stressful situation over the last year, and has caused our family a major financial loss. I wouldn't wish what we have been through on anyone.
