So thanks to a series of unfortunate events, we had the opportunity to replace a back door at the house we are leasing. We had found a door at the local hardware store that we liked and we called Rent A Man DFW. We were able to buy the door ourselves and have it installed. We had Chad as our service person and he was great. He had a wonderful personality, went beyond just doing the minimum to get it done, and completed the job with a smile on his face. Awful!!! Will take your money and not come back. Im calling the police now and a warrant will be issued. Do not do business with these guys. They will block you if they owe you money and not answer. Treating elderly women awful, and thinking nothing will happen. My uncle is over the police department and will get this rectified. One of the movers is Chad and his word isn't good. They are a fly by night company. Whatever you do, don't pay them before the work is finished. They will dip if they have money in hand. My kitchen skylight started leaking after heavy rainfalls. After contacting a few companies for an estimate to seal 3 skylights, Victor responded right away and provided an estimate without having to come to my home first (the others wanted to come out first, provide an estimate, then come out again to do the job). Chad came out on the scheduled date and not only sealed the bottom of each skylight but also sealed around the glass for extra measure. I couldn't have asked for more! We used this company for installation of our reverse osmosis, and to hang a mirror, and it was great! Quick response for quote request online, great communication about appointments and arrival time, on time arrival and excellent overall service and outcome! Chad was our handy man, and he is awesome- friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and more than willing to put up with our puppy annoying him :). The person Chad made great works on my things needed to repaired, from carpet to tiles work, door replacement, room painting and some of the small things. He worked so late to keep up the work on date, and not only he was in good time management but also was good in finishing the works. Sent a quote request out to 8 different companies and Rent A Man was the quickest to respond. They sent out a technician, Chad, within the hour to provide a free estimate. Had 4 different projects I wanted to quote but Chad noticed that one electrical issue could be easily fixed. He spent 10 minutes and identified then fixed the issue, remind you this was only supposed to be an estimate visit. Just called to hire a handyman to fix up some things around the house while we are getting it prepped to sell. The employee who answered the phone asked me if I could get together a list of things I need done. When I told him I would have to talk to my fiance before I could get him one, he hung up on me. I even looked down at the phone-- my first thought was "There's no way that just happened". My husband and I needed some brick work completed and a repair to kitchen faucet fairly quickly so we decided to go with Rent A Man DFW. The best decision we made. Chad is the best, he is on time, professional and did an amazing job on repairing our brick columns as well as replacing a missing brick from a previous pipe repair. The job he did was flawless it doesn't look like any repairs were made to the exterior of our home.
