So thankful for Bill and his company. Bill is an angel. I had just moved to Mckinney from CA right after the big ice storm in Feb. I had no gas to my dryer to do laundry, so I had called the gas company to come check things out. They tinkered around outside and told me they had changed my meter out, however they couldn't come into the house due to Covid. Then they also told me that my water heaters would have turned off and would need to be ignited again, but they couldn't come in and do it. I couldn't climb into the attic either because I am over 6 months pregnant. So the gas company just left and left me with no hot water. And because of the plumbing emergencies caused by the storm, not a single plumber would barely take any of my calls. After calling maybe 15 plumbers, I called Bill and explained I was desperate and pregnant and couldn't go in the attic. Immediately, he said he would swing by same day to help me out. If I could give zero stars, I would. I was eager to give Bill a chance as he sounded very professional over the phone. I explained that I needed two things done (door hanging and light electrical work). I explained that this was an urgent issue as we have visitors coming in a few days. He said it would be no problem, that he could do the jobs,and quoted me a price over the phone. He said that he would be coming by the next day to do the work, but never showed. After messaging him a few times, he finally answered and make several excuses (he got tied up at another job, his cell phone wasn't working, etc.). He asked me if he could come the following day. I told him that I would give him another shot if he could ensure that he would be here the following day. His response was short and rude and said that the job was not a right fit and that he never agreed to come by and do the job. A complete waste of time especially when I'm on a tight timeline. Use this guy at your own risk. Unreliable, flippant, and not trustworthy. read more

We decided to sell our2nd house so we got three bids and he was the lowest and i should of known something is fishy. He somehow picked up the wrong Paint, which was White "Flat"! The existing color on wall was Bone color type "stain". When we got to the house to check up on the status, he had already painted a thin first layer in all four rooms!! We told him this is not the color we selected. Then he tells us, well if you want to change to Stain type, he will need to sand the walls b/c on the flat you cant paint on stain or it will have bubbles. My question is why he didn't contact us before started plus why in the world he did first layer all four bedrooms? should of been one room at a time. Plus since it's just plain White, we had to pay him extra for more layer and additional paint purchase. b/c flat was just sucking up all paint. The cost got so much where i paid him $1100 for F** things up. then my family & i end up doing the hardest labor. he also tries to get very personal telling me he is a millionaire but come on his truck is all busted. He still had a backdoor to install. that was done pretty bad, the lock did not align, the bottom lock would not even fit. he often left work site and called in with excuses My dad is in hospital, my van broke, and sometimes he would just leave in the middle of the day. b/c of him i could not put my house on market for another 30 days and we end up getting an additional repair guy b/c he just never showed up. Left Job incomplete. it was the worst experience we ever had. Very unprofessional. I left a handwritten list, he went through my paperwork and asked me the next day why am i trying to contact his competitor. I told him you can't read my handwriting, its purchase list from home depot. Creepy dude like he had no shame that he went through my paperwork. im not sure how he got 4.5 rating. To his respond below i paid you via papal for to stop painting. I paid $1100 to tape whole house and flat paint all rooms. Btw last night he texted that he will sue me. read more

He was extremely thorough and pointed out a few things that I had overlooked, without me feeling any pressure whatsoever or feeling like he was trying to upsell me on additional services. Within a day, Bill had all of the work completed and done to the highest quality standards. He is a man of his word. His pricing was quite reasonable and he didn't even charge me for an extra run to the hardware store to buy additional paint, since the paint I had was not a match. He ensured everything was done to perfection. I appreciated the fact that he communicated well and always was in contact either by phone or text to let me know what was going on. Icing on the cake, he's also a very personable guy, and even closed the loop with my tenants, without me even asking. I expect this will be the start of a long business relationship.
