Over the weekend I looked at three star mechanics and decided to wait on Doug. He has a website where you can make an appointment online. You can also call him. He is impeccable with his word. He came prepared with the parts I needed for my car. He was on time. He was polite. He knew what he was doing. Within an hour and a half he had changed the starter on my car in my yard.
