Went to Freeman Toyota and they thought front end could easily last 50K miles more and they did brakes cheaper than LxToy quoted with all same Toyota parts and even with $250 hr labor including 4 discs. I appreciate Freemans honesty when LxToy was dishonest about front end. Front had been rebuilt 10 years previous and only had 10k miles on repair. Rubber on front end was deteriating due to age but not bad yet.

I had another opinion after he never showed up for our appointment to figure out why my car was leaking after he worked on my oil pan gasket. I needed another Mechanic as the leaking was getting worse to come and take a look. He told me the oil pan gasket was never replaced and it's just fine.. my leak turned out to be a timing cover gasket, which is labor-intensive about eight hours. So I paid him for replacing the oil pan gasket, which he never did plus parts.. He's a major scam Artist took my money and never did anything.. he cannot be trusted.!! Not to mention him keeping my important manual for my car! I so regret having anything to do with them!!
