I really appreciate the awesome job you did on my cousins challenger. Thanks for the professionalism and great price.

The work is well below standard...they should be ashamed of themselves, for their pitiful workperformance, and disregard for other people's property. read more

Very poor customer service ,screwed up and screwed over many members of our corvette group, do not take your car here

Took my daily driver for a simple oil change.... To my surprise, they work well with high performance applications too! Since then I had my LS swap done there in my Race Car! Top notch all the way! Definitely a one stop shop. After the motor swap we even were able to Tune it on their Dyno! Blown away! read more

Contrary to some reviews on here, I had an outstanding experience while my Trackhawk was at Bailys. From the start they cared about my needs, finances, and time that I was about to spend. While my vehicle was there they sent photos, kept me updated, and answered any questions I had within the same day time frame. Providing answers and communication is key and they did great. After I got it I had a small rattle and the owner called right back and worked on it during one of his days off. Very professional and will def be a customer for life at Bailys. Since my car has been in I have met some others w Bailys stickers on their cars and they are just as happy. Great service and great end product. read more

Chris and the crew at Baily's have done an amazing job on my 2017 & 2018 Dodge Challenger! Trusted and high quality work and craftsmanship all around! The only shop that will ever touch my car! read more

There are too many great things we could say about Baily's. I've never seen a shop go so above and beyond to make sure their customers are happy. My fiancé and I just moved here from CA and are beta testing a new product for a company. Baily's was recommended to us so we took it to them to completely handle not only the install, but the other snags we ran into as well. They accommodated us and our tight time frames and constantly stayed in communication with updates on the car. We finally have the car back and it feels like a completely different vehicle. Its amazing! Everything was so much less stressful knowing the car was in their hands. We couldn't ask for a better experience. We will be bringing all of our future business to Baily's. Thanks guys! read more

Dropped my 72 chevy truck off with a complete LS motor to swap out and 5 k upfront. I understood the need to replace some parts due to age and the need for some fab work. After almost 2 years of "delays" I got an email while I was deployed telling me they were not going to finish the job. They did tow it to my house and left me a check for 2500 bucks. But when I got home a couple months later I saw what they left. I basically got an installed long block. No I take, fuel rails, injectors, accessories or anything. So payed 2500 for motor and tranny mounts and 2 years of storage at their shop. Still very disappointed in that whole experience. Not sure what was up. I had other friends that used them and were happy. read more

Chris kept my car for almost two years for an engine swap. I paid him almost $30,000 and I am still finding things wrong with my car years after the fact as I slowly work to finish it up. I've made a dozen phone calls to various vendors explaining my situation and what Bailey's Hyperformance had done to me and fortunately have received a lot of help and discounted parts. Funny enough, two major auto performance vendors spoke negatively about this shop to me over the phone when I mentioned their name. I was charged for new parts that were obviously used, wrong parts were used in my car (i.e. the mishimoto radiator for my year model), and ultimately they never finished the project, even though Chris Bailey shook my hand and told me the car was "perfect", as did his employee Christian. I paid $700 for a tune that was complete garbage (too rich), paid $250 for alignment only to find out that they installed some of my suspension parts incorrectly and its caused further damage to the vehicle (never drove straight), my brake lines were not secure and thus were snapped on the drive home, the tank was leaking gas because they forgot to tighten the fuel pump down, the intake is a completely butchered custom job that barely fits in the bay (rather than use the intake system that I was charged for from Sikky) and slightly leaks, the wiring job is wildly inconsistent and I've found numerous wires left exposes (sometimes badly taped up rather that connected properly) all around the vehicle, they bent my entire e-brake assembly to the point where I can't lock it and it doesn't enrage correctly, etc etc. (there are a dozen more things to list, but this post is long enough) If you look around on FB, google and Yelp, you can clearly see I'm not the only person that they've done this too, especially when it comes to major engine work/swaps. Chris, if you actually take the time to read this, I truly hope your business goes under considering how many people you've lied to and stolen from. Do yourself a favor and stick to easy work, like oil changes and checking tire pressure. Its hard to mess that up. :) read more

Billed for parts that were never replaced. Tried to scam me again by saying I had a bad engine, but the problem was laid on his knowledge and gave up on my vehicle when the problem was a simple incorrect head gasket. Nice one. Charged me for water pump, oil pump, over 5 oil changes, gaskets, plugs, wires, but nothing was ever replaced! Pay or have a lien on car? What a scam artist! I took my car to another shop, and was fixed within 2 weeks. Chris had my car for over a year with very little process. read more

Baily's is by far the best performance shop in Fort Worth. I know because I dealt with some bad ones when I had my GTO. The differences are night and day. Customer service at Baily's is top notch. Took my stock 392 and turned it into an absolute beast. Through the entire process, the staff was very responsive, had no problem giving advice, and explained every step of the build with ease. They photo documented their work at every milestone and sent it to me directly. Not only that, but they talked me out of unneeded parts to save me some cash. They know what they are doing. You can also tell that they really care about the quality of their work, your vehicle, and to ensure that your needs are met. I trust them completely with my ride and strongly recommend them to anyone looking for quality performance work to be done on their vehicle. read more

Bailys Hyperformance is a great place to get you vehicle what it needs. The owners are really nice people and the service is top notch

They never fail helping me out from my motorcycle to my daily driver I trust them to to the work and give me a fair deal for their labor.

Waste of money... overpriced, don't know how to answer their phone and god forbid you go to them for a check engine light after their tune because you'll be paying $120 for them to read the damn code. And if you're looking to get tuned by them get ready for the excuse as to why they can't provide you with a dyno sheet, they told me their printer wasn't working and that they'd email me one.... 6 months later and I'm still waiting to see it. I've asked a few of their customers if they've received dyno sheets and they tell me the same thing... "dyno sheet printer wasn't working" and these were customers that were there long before and a couple long after my experience.I think they just don't want you to see what they name their customers files on the dyno, as I saw a few names for my personal friends being "down the rabbit hole" and "further down the rabbit hole". I heard nothing but good things before going to Baily's and I'm going to try to steer you away from making the same mistake I did. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP TO ANYONE. Save your money and go take your chance with someone else. read more

Awesome Shop, these guys really know their stuff and treat their customers like family.

Worst performance shop experience in many years. Took my car for a leak in the meth/water injection system. Turn around was quick but learned later why. Brought the car home and soon discovered someone one left the car with plastic molding lying on the passenger floorboard. This had to be something of importance since the leak was under the hood. There was a control box just held on by wires and a small rubber hose disconnected. Also learned the one gallon jug of meth/water was used to fill up the reservoir but they kept the remaining meth/water. Called back to advise about the unfinished replacement of parts. Told bring it back. Next day same leak only bigger. Call to Chris.....told me they had done all that they could for me. DONE with Baily's Hyperformance. Never will they get a positive reference. read more

Awful place. A friend recommended them to me but after what I've been through with these people even that person will never go back. Horrible customer service and even worse mechanical work. read more

WORST SHOP IN DFW!! These guys are crooks and have no idea what they're doing! They screwed up my C5 and wouldn't make it right. 4 burned up PCM's, gutted cats instead of replacing them, exhaust leaks galore, body damage and they were still trying to sell crap I didn't need. read more

I was driving home last night and this white truck with BH wrap pulls up next to me. As I was looking at the truck reading all the advertisements the passenger in the back rolls his window downs spits towards my vehicle and then gives me the bird. I don't know what kind of business is ok with this behavior. Not sure what to think of a company that would let such things go on with a company vehicle marked with the business name. This is very disrespectful and not the kind of association I would think any business would like to be tied to. The passenger looked drunk, it was 1am this morning as I was driving home from work. read more
