I went in to buy a gun safe and was helped by Ethany. It was 10 minutes until the end of his shit…read moreand he said he would stay over to help me. He was kind enough to walk out to my SUV with me to double check that the safe would fit in the back. The measurements checked out so we went back into the store. He went to the back of the store to get the safe that was in stock and made sure that it was in perfect shape. He, along with Bron was in the back behind the store with the safe on a forklift when I pulled my SUV around to load the safe. They lowered the safe from the forklift and we proceeded to tilt it and push it into the back of my SUV. Well, it turns out our measurements were a bit off and the forklift attachments on the safe were protruding beyond my back door. They help me remove the safe from the back of my SUV, open it, and then fetched the tools so we could remove the four bolts that held on the forklift attachments. Once that was done, we put the cardboard box over the top of the safe and then reloaded it into the back of my SUV and this time it fit just perfectly. But the time this was all done, it was a half hour past the end of Ethany's shift. I want to command both Ethany and Bron for going way beyond their job requirements and helping me load that safe. I offered them a tip and they refused, saying it was just part of their job. It's rare these days to get such great service and I really do want to commend both of these men for making my experience with Tractor Supply company exceptional. Oh, by the way, it was the last day of the sale and I was very pleased with the price I paid as well.

He reminded me of a few things I had forgotten I would need that I would have missed without his help. He carried a huge galvanized tank to the register and out to my vehicle for me. He even loaded it and other heavy items into my vehicle for me. I am so grateful for his help especially since I had 3 little kids in tow.

I came here because I needed a Bernzomatic Brazing torch and this was the closest place I could get…read moreone. When I arrived, the place was rather packed with people. There were about 4 people in line and I headed to the shelves where my item was. There was one kit on the shelf and I was happy about that, until I picked up the box and noticed it had been opened. The items in the box were not packed as they would have been had the package not been open. I suspect it was a return. There weren't any others that I could get instead. I went and stood in line and there were 6 people in front of me. It took about 15 minutes to get up to the cashier and I overhead the cashier trying to get a customer to sign up for a credit card. Later, to another customer, she said she had asked for backup but no one came to help. It was a long wait. When I got to the front of the line, another person finally opened another register and I was next. I asked him, "Can you give me a discount on this? It's been opened?" He looked at it and said, "Well, it looks like the box just popped open. Otherwise if it looked like it was used, I would." I said, "It does look like everything is there," and he rung me up and off I went. Well, as I started repairing my A/C line brazing a new A/C fitting on it, the oxygen ran out. I had only run the torch for a total of 15 minutes at the most and the oxygen cylinder was out. I can only suspect that someone bought it, used it, possibly with a different torch, and then returned the cylinders half or less full. It's a disappointment because I ran out of gas half way through my repair and now I've got to go back to the store and get a replacement cylinder. Overall, I've definitely experienced better.
