Paid just over $400 expecting a solid fix. About two weeks later, the watch stopped working. I brought it back and was told it was still under warranty, so they "resolved" it, but also mentioned I'd likely need to replace a faulty part soon. If that part was faulty, why wasn't it caught and addressed during the original service? That's what the service should have covered. To make things worse, user negligence was subtly implied, despite the fact that the watch had run flawlessly for nearly a decade until the service. It has now stopped working again and doesn't run at all. Also noticed the dial isn't properly aligned after the service. It's subtle, but definitely wasn't an issue before. I came in with a cosmetic issue and left with a non-functioning watch and unanswered questions. I'll be taking it elsewhere for a proper, transparent repair.

It's been there for about 10 years and the old Quartz mechanism no longer worked. However, Ward was able to replace the mechanism so it works again! Brand new pendulum and clock hands too! It even has a speaker that can be adjusted on/off, different sounds, volume, and off at night! I am so happy with it , I just wish my Mom was here to see it. But now it can go back up on the wall. It's a beautiful piece and I will always think of my Mom when the time strikes haha but seriously Ward was awesome! It was done within basically 48 hours! Parking near the store. Service 5/5++ We're were in to have a custom designed wedding set they made for us inspected. Skyler S was our jewelry representative who assisted us today. After inspecting he returned to let us know the prongs were fine and the set was treated, cleaned to its fullest luster. While the rings were being cleaned we browsed their jewelry and stopped at my wife's birthstone case; and there it was the perfect ring we considered having London Gold make. Skyler is a great young man who treated us well and thanked us for our loyalty. We spoke to the store manager to pass along our positive feedback about Arturo. Did we embarrass him, I hope not. He earned the compliments. John F. was an excellent sales associate and really knows his watches, especially Casio G-Shocks. I originally came in to purchase my first G-Shock, the GA700BEG-1A. While talking with John, we started discussing other G-Shocks I've always wanted, especially the GW9400-3CR Rangeman. At the time, they didn't have the Rangeman in stock, but John told me they had more coming in to restock inventory. A few days later, he personally called me back, gave me a great deal, I placed my order over the phone, and Arizona Fine Time shipped it to me free of charge. My guess is that all these 5-star reviews are based on the lounge, which I have never visited…read more I have been smoking cigars for 30+ years and typically still burn through a couple boxes per month. I started ordering from Cigar King about two months ago because of their prices and selection. My order this week gave me cause to call and ask about the taxes as well as a coupon that I received from CK in an email. Gary answered the phone, and I discussed my concern with him. We ended the call after he said "taxes and coupons? maybe Cigar King is not the right fit for you". Well, you are correct Gary, there are many other cigar shops that would like to take my money every month.
