As much as I wanted to love the Timeless tea spot in Cap Hill, the location was a bit too small and one of the dessert items (specifically the taro mille cake) was disappointing. The crepe layers on the mille cake didn't have a lot of taro flavor and the texture felt a little rubbery. However, I really liked the mango fruit green tea though and would re-order that again. Cost wise, the drink was about $6-$7 and the mille cake was around $8-$9. I've been to the Timeless Tea at the University District, and I prefer that one much better, mainly because that other location is roomier, the atmosphere is more fun/decorative, and their dessert and drink menu is more expansive. In a side note, the workers making the bubble tea in the Cap Hill location were nice so maybe this location will expand their dessert options a little more.

White Rabbit Cake Roll - $12.99

WHEN: Wed @12pm There's just one item that I've been eyeballing to have: WHITE RABBIT CAKE ROLL - $12.99 White roll cake with whipped cream and a milk flavored jelly in the center. This simple cake was good and what you'd expect: not too sweet. I liked that jelly in the center. But overall it's the cutest thing ever--especially when you had the white rabbit candy growing up you'll really appreciate this cake it was designed after, especially the wrapper. It's perfect. Although they have an online shop to place your order, it's not always updated so you should call in. I called at opening time Tuesday and they told me they won't have the White Rabbit Cake until Wednesday. So when I got there at opening time, they didn't have any and told me it won't be ready until after 2pm. A little after 2pm I called and a staff member was so nice to call me back when the cakes are in cuz it's in transit right now. That was super nice and convenient for me. When I got the call back I went out immediately for the cake! It was still kind of frozen, so I had to wait for it to thaw out before eating. It will thaw faster if you slice it first. I know it's a bit extra and pricy for a cake roll but it was so worth it for me cuz it's so darn cute! I'm also a sucker for nice branding and I absolutely love the business's car logo and how they decorated the shop.

I'm really impressed by the quantity and variety of drink and dessert selection. Even more impressed by the quality of the bobas. Service is fast. Seating is plenty. Very clean. Not too busy. I ordered the milk cream 4 season green tea with black sugar boba. The black sugar boba darkened the green tea. The milk cream green tea ($7 for a small) is comparable to Happy Lemon's cheese foam green tea. I am a sucker for Happy Lemon's cheese foam, but Timeless Tea's milk cream could easily replace that preference. The milk cream is more cream but enough foam. Think of Starbucks sweet cream. I've been to some places where the foam is too foamy, and some places where the cream is just too milky. My friend ordered the honey black lemon tea - it tasted like lemonade (but better). Refreshing and not too sweet. You can adjust the sweetness anyway.

Ended up here after looking for a dessert place. I ordered: Cheesecake bulldog mousse--I think this is more for the pictures than for the taste. Generic cheesecake. Mostly mousse barely any cake. Durian Snow Mochi--Flavor was super good. The mochi skin was super thin. I wish the skin was not so soft cause it kind of melted once you take a bite and it became very messy to eat. I love mochi cause if the chewiness but this was way too soft for my preference. Mango Snow Mochi--Flavor was decent. There were a few chunks of mango in there with mostly cream. Again super messy to eat.

I came by on a Sunday afternoon and this place was pretty dead. Quite a few desserts were sold out. There was only 1 employee who was not particularly friendly, attentive, or helpful. I ordered the grape jasmine green tea with milk cream. The grape flavor was nonexistent. The drink just tasted sweet with no discernible grape or tea flavor. The milk cream had a very light and frothy texture. The cream added another level of sweetness but did not enhance the rest of the drink. Overall, I would not recommend this location.

Super chill boba shop in the heart of capital hill! It's peaceful inside with lots of seating to order boba and have a light baked snack. The barista was incredibly friendly and the service was great. I would definitely come back again.

A cute little milk tea place that also offers small, premade desserts. Ordering is pretty easy on their contactless kiosk and there are a few tables for seating. The milk tea drinks are pretty standard and the mille crepe cake was just okay, it feels and tastes more like an afterthought menu item -- and when they get busy, you can definitely feel the slow down while waiting. Overall, I don't think this is a 'go out of your way to try' type of place, but serves the surrounding neighborhood well for anyone who happens to be in the area.

Mango Pamelo Crepe Cake. Nice texture, too expensive though. About $10 for a slice

We randomly chose this tea spot because we were craving something sweet after dinner. Place was empty at 6pm on Friday night. Restaurant wasn't the cleanest (we had to wipe our own table down). The two workers were friendly though and patient with our orders. I do like that they offered two sizes for drinks. I hate when you are stuck with a big cup of milk tea even though you just wanted to enjoy a small cup of it. Plenty of drink choices and tea tasted authentic (not powdered). I am not impressed with their desserts. Way overpriced and not really good. We saw a promo at the front for their boba lava cake. It looked so good and it was $12.99 for a 4 inch. They wrapped it up nice but it was so messy eating it and tasted so bland! The cake part didn't taste fresh. We also ordered a slice of the mango pamelo crepe cake. It had good flavor but not worth $10 for a slice.

Not the best boba place in caphill, but definitely not the west either. The options are very average. However it's still a good place and has a lot of seating

I've been going here since it's launch and it has been pretty well known spot around Capitol Hill. Lots of people hang out around it during the evening and for good reason. While it's a small shop, it's pretty chill, has good enough seating and you get your drink pretty quick. I usually get either a Thai milk tea or honey lemon black tea when going over and people rave over the bubbles, but they also have good pastries you can try there, especially their notorious dog cheesecake. I wouldn't recommend it myself, but it's cool to try for novelty. Their other desserts are decent, but doesn't look like they have a kitchen there so if you want it fresh, you need to go near morning

Come when you're in the mood for boba, stay for the Asian-inspired dessert case with a surprising amount of variety. I believe this is Timeless Tea's newest shop in Seattle, joining the U District and Bellevue locations. The enormous calico cat mural was the first thing we locked eyes with - the royal-looking feline keeps an eye on the shop and serves as a great photo backdrop. The vast selection of desserts was next to catch our attention. The sense of nostalgia that washed over me when I saw the White Rabbit Roll was like no other! It was hard to choose just one dessert to try, but we'll have to return for the crepe cakes another time. The shape of their drink cups is also unexpectedly pleasant to look at and hold (#oddlysatisfying). ========== Milk tea with black sugar boba: The extra sweetness from this style of boba was delicious! It was fortuitous that they were out of regular boba by the time we got there (about an hour before closing), as this may be our new go-to drink order. Thai iced tea: Currently a special, large size only. Creamy, sweet, and vibrantly orange - an all around solid choice. White Rabbit roll: Inspired by the popular candy, the cream filling captured that milky flavor perfectly. The cake itself was a bit on the firm side. There was also a log of gelatin (about the same consistency as the pudding you'd add to your drink) running through the center of the roll.

Me and girls LOVVVE the snow mochi here! We highly recommend the mochi for everyone! So fun to try!

    Cold Peach Gum Milk Tea
    Fay Y.

Took a walk past by this little tea shop and they have many different drink selections! I was so surprised they have peach gum(桃胶) as part of their ingredients! I ordered cold peach gum milk tea, the sweetness level is great- not too sweet but just right. It mixed a lot snow fungus in it so it's not purely peach gum. It costs $7.5-8 for this cup so it's a little overpriced imo. I will definitely come back to try other drinks and dessert next time! The store has a hand painted wall of cat super cute! Couple tables and chairs for people want to dine in as well :)

You really can't go wrong with any of the drinks but my all time favorites are the tieguanyin oolong milk tea with toppings and the strawberry milk tea, which I believe they have now rebranded to strawberry smoothie. Sugar is adjustable which is great because I love my drinks less sweet. I got the strawberry smoothie and bff milk tea this time, which I believe is black milk tea with egg pudding and grass jelly, and I added egg pudding. So delicious and creamy, and the smoothie does not give off an artificial fruit taste. One thing that was off-putting to me was the signage indicating their kiosk. The makeshift, handwritten message to turn around and use the kiosk seems passive aggressive and gives off the message that the workers do not want to talk to you. Other than that, we got our drinks pretty fast since it wasn't busy near closing, which was when I went.
