I have been here twice before and have had "ok" experiences, however tonight I had the worst service I've ever experienced!! I left feeling very unwelcome and confused because I've never been ignored and refused service. I made eye contact with both the bartenders over three times and they would either glare or quickly looked away and just gave me and my boyfriend the cold shoulder. They started serving people that had just arrived and after doing that over five times we got the hint they were purposely ignoring us. This felt incredibly discriminatory because the bartenders and everyone they were serving were Caucasian, but my Hispanic boyfriend and I were consistently being ignored and glared at even after waiting patiently and trying to get their attention. We eventually left because it seemed like they wanted us to. We felt incredibly Unwelcome.

This bar offers a nice and quirky atmosphere with an interesting menu. While I haven't tried the drinks myself, the vibe is pleasant, though not particularly cozy. The upstairs area features some arcade games, adding to its unique charm.

Drinks= STRONG Service= Above & beyond Games=Never seen such insane UX on a pinball game Ramen= Diverse Went here tonight for the first time. Was so hype to see an authentic arcade game in Cap Hill. The music was AMAZING and the concept is so well done. We truly felt like we were living in an episode of Stranger Things where they're all 21. The drinks were super strong but well done. Very rare for the area. We also tried the Ramen and it came on such a cute tray with a timer! I had the bartender make his favorite and I did not regret it. They also had plenty of tables for seating and conveniently placed mini tables and cup holders near the games! Such a great addition to the neighborhood!

Time Warp is super cool, and a great addition to the hill! This place is brand new and you can tell they're still working out the kinks of recently opening, but I'm excited to see what's to come - there's a lot of potential! They have a great selection of pinball machines and classic video games, neon signs, Asian inspired street art, and when I came in the photobooth wasn't set up yet, but I'll be back for it! Bring cash, all the games are quarter fed, and you can use their little machine to exchange cash for coins. I had asked about private parties and reserving the space, and the bartender said they weren't yet doing that, and then the next night it was closed for a private party, anyways, great spot for that too!

This place is absolutely fantastic! The space is large, has a cool vibe, and lots of pinball machines. I tried out several pinball machines and they did not disappoint. They had old classics and some premium machines as well that all played great! The service was spot on and the bartender was attentive. Also checked out the assortment of ramens they offered and they had several interesting additions to them available. The kewpie mayo interestingly went well with the spicy broth and the sliced cheese was a hit as well. Definitely will be back to play some more pinball, eat ramen, throwback some old fashioned's, and chill to an awesome music playlist.

I am a hopeless regular here and I started coming only a week after they first opened. It's a cool place to play some retro games, pinball, and get really cheap alcohol. Yes, they have Japanese alcohol! Also, engineers go nuts here because they have circuit board on the table. On a normal day, it's not very busy. There's also ample security at the door so you're in good hands.

Awesome new pinball barcade which is a great addition to Seattle's night life! They're open late night with a full bar. Friendly service and lots of different instant noodles to try out. If you're looking for something to do that isn't clubbing and is inexpensive fun, this is the place to be!

I love the concept of this new bar! It's fun and there's plenty of entertainment. This bar has lots of cool art and themed decor. I love the variety of pinball and arcade games they had. Make sure to bring some quarters or cash with you to play. Cocktails are good. Next time I would like to try their food menu!

The whole space has this intimate, luxurious atmosphere that makes the experience feel special the moment you walk in. We tried the Japanese Breakfast, which is a savory cocktail and such a pleasant surprise. It genuinely has miso soup notes. It's very unique and creative. I also had El Boho (flavorful but not overly sweet). The staff are always friendly and very knowledgeable when it comes to recommending drinks. The prices are on the higher end, but personally I think they're totally worth it for the creativity and overall experience. This is the spot I bring all my out-of-town friends to because the ambiance, vibes, and drinks are just that good. Truly one of Seattle's gems.

The First Gentleman was attentive and we got our drinks and an appetizer timely. We ordered our second appetizer with our first server and thats where the service deteriorated. I could hear the table next to us ordered the exact same appetizer as we did 10-15 mins after we did and a new server who must had just clocked in brings them the order literally within 2-3 mins later and the male commented, "oh that was fast" and I thought to myself they got our order. Another 10-15 mins go by and I had to ask "do you know how long our order will take to which she seemed to get annoyed. It could have my energy because by that time I was annoyed. I'm not sure what happened to our original server but he must have gotten off. About 5-10 mins goes by and here it comes. That confirmed the table next to us got our order because of how long it took. They never apologized for their mistake. Doing all that time they never came back to see if we would like another drink. I had to flag someone down. The clincher was we got our bill and there was 22% service charge. That was on me because if I would have seen it I might not have gone. I'm not a fan of automatically charging a service charge. I'm a great tipper but it must be earned. By than I was really annoyed and thought to have a conversation with the manager but let it go. I would not go back. The craft cocktails are spendy but I had no problem with that because they're creative and they earned it by being creative. But the energy and the environment wasn't like the other speak easy bars I visited. It was boring and to top it off the service charge of 22% and the service that came with it sealed it for me. Make sure to read the website on their thought around the 22%.

When the city reopened in 2021, I was eating here almost every day; partly because of convenience, but mainly because the food and service never miss. I've hosted everything here: birthday celebrations, after-work hangs, and dinners with friends and colleagues. Every single time, it's a hit. People walk in, fall in love with the vibe, and walk out talking about the food. The consistency is unreal. They even order food to go. The flavors? Bold, intentional, and layered in a way that makes each dish feel crafted, not just cooked. The presentation is always stunning; plates that look as good as they taste. You can tell the kitchen takes pride in what they send out. Drinks are equally impressive. Their cocktails are balanced and creative, the kind that make you slow down just to appreciate the mixology behind them. And for anyone planning group outings: reservations here are a breeze. They're incredibly accommodating with large parties, and the service stays sharp even when the place is packed. Attentive, friendly, and perfectly paced; they know how to take care of people. Dead Line checks every box: atmosphere, flavor, presentation, service, and seamless hosting for big groups. It's easily one of the most reliable and enjoyable spots in downtown Seattle, and it's stayed that way for years.

Our drinks did take a while to get to us despite sitting right at the bar but we did have a table of 7 so understood. We got our appetizers before our drinks: Brussel sprouts (SO YUMMY), oysters, and truffle fries (towered in parm!). These went down super quick. I then ordered the pork arepa for my entree and wow...not what i was expecting but will never regret! One of my favorite dishes I've had in a while that I'll keep thinking about. All the flavors worked so well together and the arepa itself was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The pork was sweeter due to the marinade and not salty at all which i preferred. Will 100% be back!

Roquette was a surprisingly small space with a wonderful vibe serving up "destination" bar-worthy cocktails. It reminded me of some of the neighborhood gem cocktail bars that I'd frequented on the East Coast. I grabbed a seat at the bar. Roquette's lineup of cocktails were varied in flavor profile using a wide range of spirits. They also served non-alcoholic offerings which looked equally intriguing as their boozy selections. I started off with the 99 Problems ($28), which, unfortunately, I forgot to note what was in the drink. It was boozy, clever, inventive, and most importantly delicious. My second drink was the Imperium Old Fashioned ($24) made with Westland Whiskey "Roquette" Barrel, Clement Cask Strength Rhum, Old Delicious Apple Brandy, Pineapple, and Spice. It was an excellent, boozy, balanced update to the classic Old Fashioned. Although I went with drinks off their menu, I have no doubt that any of their skilled bar professionals could've crafted me a wonderful cocktail if I had simply requested a classic or something on the fly based on my choice of spirit and desired flavor profile. Yes, the prices on the two drinks I ordered were pretty steep, but they were comparable to prices I've paid in Las Vegas. Plus, I don't have a problem with paying a premium for a well-made cocktail made with premium ingredients in a comfortable, welcoming setting (the drunken guy next to me who tried to engage with me in a political discussion excluded). Bottom-line: Roquette was a revelation. It served up two of the best cocktails that I've had this year. I can't recommend it enough and it'll be at the top of my list of places to hit the next time I'm in town.
