Wow, wow, wow, wow and wow!!! The quality of the materials, coupled with the price-point and the finished workmanship, is 5-stars worthy. Here is my story and review. We decided to bring in our dining room chairs and have them reupholstered since they were starting to look a bit shabby (and I don't mean chic 'N shabby -- just plain shit 'N shabby). I didn't want to throw away the chairs, because they are sturdy pieces and made of very high quality dark cherry wood. We really like our dining room set because it is in the classic Frank Lloyd Wright style. Time Treasures did a fantastic job on the chairs and even fixed one of the legs that had a few mild scratches. The stain was perfectly matched. The upholstery is beautiful, and it is very nice quality. The cushion for the chairs is very comfortable, super thick and provides great support (so much better than before). Our dining room table and chairs are about 12-years old, but because the pieces are simple with classic lines, it will never go "out" of style. This is another reason why I refuse to get rid of the table and chairs. We plan to bring in our dining room table because it has a few scratches on the top and we would like to have these removed (even if it means stripping it down to the bare wood). We know they will do an excellent job, because they did a 10-star job on our dining room chairs. My niece moved in with us to attend graduate school and she brought along her tuxedo cat, which we adore. Her cat, Brooklyn, is very sweet. She gets along great with our dog, Annie, and now they are BFF's! However, Brooklyn fell in love with our dining room chairs. She used to sleep on one of them, but I guess that wasn't enough for Brooklyn, so she converted the chairs into her own personal scratching post. She scratched up the upholstery on our chairs that they started looking like a bargain raggedy chair from a second-hand store. Really awful! I am glad I read the reviews on Yelp, because we shopped around and got different estimates and this place not only did a fantastic job, but the cost was a lot less than the other estimates that we obtained. We actually took in two chairs at a time (we have 4 chairs for our dining table) and the turn-around time was amazingly what they promised. One week for both chairs, but we got them back in 4-days. Bonus! I highly recommend this place if you are seeking to have upholstery replaced on chairs or sofa or if you need any piece of furniture refinished (make sure it is "real" wood and not faux wood finish). The chairs are super comfortable, look brand new, and the support is ethereal. Sweet Baby Jesus -- come to mama -- now put that junk in your trunk on the new chairs. Aaaaahhhhh! read more

My sister bought the set at an estate sale and it was in pretty bad shape - one chair was broken and the others were very wobbly. We took it in for a quote based on the previous reviews and she agreed that it had good bones which she could bring back to life. She helped me pick up fabric to reupholster the chairs, and recommended a stain that fit the mid century period as well as bring in more color.
