Summary: A local gem! iYara Thai is back with a face-lift, new digs, and new name. Anyone who lives in Huber knew iYara was one of Dayton's better Thai places. It doesn't quite reach Thai 9 in several categories, but it's a better overall value. And parking won't be a problem here. Time 4 Noodle (there is no 's') has some of the best cheese won-tons in the business. You won't be disappointed with their Pad Thai or selection of Curry's. The Money Bags are tasty and different, but are a bit overpriced, in my opinion, and they only seem to make me hungrier. In some ways the new location is fresher/modern in appearance, but it is cramped, and doesn't have the same ambiance as some of the other Asian themed restaurants. For those who love spice, you'll be disappointed as level 5 (out of 5) is more like a 2.5. I'll definitely consider this place again for Thai. Recommendations: Pad Thai, Green Curry, Honeymoon Chicken (their spin on General Tso's), Crispy Cheese Won-tons, and Thai Iced Tea (seems sweeter than normal). Pros: Great value, fresh tasting food, good range of selection, no MSG, modern appearance, upper scale dishes and silverware, and friendly staff. Cons: limited seating, uncomfortable seating (aside from the high chairs), lack of spice, some dishes seem bland. We are from India, visiting Tipp City for first time. Our lunch here was a very good experience. Ordered steam dumplings, spring rolls, red curry chicken and sesame chicken. The rolls and dumplings were very good. Sesame chicken was rather sweetish , red curry was perfectly made with sufficient chicken pieces. Portions were sufficient. In desserts, we had coconut icecream and Ube icecream. Both were yammi but Ube certainly is a notch above. We'd been going to Iyara for the past 4 years, since we mixed to Dayton. We were devastated when one day our favorite, Iyara was gone. They were always so friendly, the food was consistent and delicious, and getting to watch their little boy grow up was a delight. Needless to say, we were ecstatic when we found out that the owners of Iyara opened a new location just down the street across from Cloud Park. It took me a while to have my taste buds get accustomed to some of the different flavors. Been here a couple of times and it is really good food. They have boba tea and it is very different than the other places I have tried. Clean place and good food. Recommend the chicken soup if you have an upset tummy. It is calming. Decided to try this place today after it showed up as "hot and new" on yelp. It was delicious. I got the beef noodle soup and it was enough for two meals. Total was $10.67 before tip. I ate enough to be full and my leftovers filled an entire large container. I attached photos of my food. The service was just okay. There was only one other person in the restaurant and I still waited about 5 mins before my order was taken. They also have a sign that says please wait to be seated but nobody ever comes to seat you... The furnishings looked very nice and modern. I enjoyed the layout. I am absolutely OBSESSED with this place! I'm not embarrassed to say that I eat here at least once a week. Originally being from Columbus I was sad that no Asian restaurants could even come close to the ones I'm used to. But then I had Time 4 Noodle. I've tried many things on the menu, but my go to is the Chicken Pad See Ew. The only thing I would watch for is their "spiciness scale". It's on a scale from 1 to 5, 1 being not spicy at all to 5 being super spicy. When I first started eating here I would get a 4 or 5, but lately I can only do 2 or 3. I think they may have changed their peppers they use. But still just as delicious! read more

I have been a loyal customer until today. Last weekend we ordered take out and noticed half way through my pad thai there was a long black hair. I have them the grace and figured it was a one time thing since it has never happened before. This past Saturday I ordered again....sure enough...another hair...and no, it's not my hair. Ordered carryout from here because of rave 5 star reviews but I have to keep reminding myself of where I am. I ordered basil fried rice with chicken, drunken noodles with chicken and mango rice. The basil fried rice was just okay. The rice itself was okay but the chicken in it seemed like it was cooked well in advance and added to the rice. It was overcooked and flavorless so it actually took away from the flavor of the rice. The drunken noodles were the worst drunken noodles ive ever eaten. They were pretty dry and did not have a good flavor and the same chicken that was in the fried rice was the same overcooked flavorless chicken. The mango rice was the best thing I ordered from here. It was actually pretty good. The mango was fresh and juicy. I was skeptical about the seasame seeds on it but it was a nice touch. Oh my goodness this place was good. It's a medium sized restaurant. I went with my two guy friends when I was still in OH. This was by far my favorite Thai restaurant I visited. The food was very flavorful and they had my favorite. Thai tea of course. If you've never tried it or you have a friend who has never had it, you need to or have them try it! I had my one friend who is from the south try it and he fell in love with it it was the funniest thing to see his reaction. I wish I would have recorded his reaction. They both got different kinds of fried rice. I'm a lover of curry. So I got the panang curry. But there are 2 other curries I would love to try. The pineapple curry and the roasted duck curry. The only reason I didn't get the duck curry is because the lady said if I've never had duck before I should wait. So I did lol. But the curry was so good. They gave me a good chunk of rice to put in my curry. The Thai tea was a decent size. I'm glad I got to come here! I hope to come visit again! read more

Please, please, please give this place a try. I NEED it to stay open!! It's so exciting to have a great Thai place in this part of town. On our trip, we had the money bags, fresh shrimp rolls, panang curry, and I had a noodle dish (I wish I remembered the name!). The kids went crazy for the money bags, which were filled with a chicken mixture, and my husband and I loved the shrimp rolls. The panang curry was spot-on and they even welcomed substitutions. My noodles dish was amazing, a perfect mixture of spicy and sweet. We polished everything off with the sticky rice with mango, which was a hit with everyone. Great food, great service and atmosphere, and being so close to home make this place perfect for me. Their soups are so flavorful and HUGE. The appetizers are so good, I'm making my way down the list every revisit. They do carryout, which is a delightful cherry on top for when I get my Pad Thai cravings. And the lady that works here taking orders and serving is so sweet and awesome - I've been here three times now but she remembers me, and she has chats with other patrons which is something I love to see in these little cozy restaurants.
